A must-have app for new parents!
As a first time mom, I love using Honeycomb to capture milestones of my little one and create a memory book with (and about) his family that I can share with him when he’s older. After trying many different apps including baby-specific ones, Honeycomb is the only one that stuck! I love the clean design, ease of use, and ability for me and family members to share photos, stories and voice memos. As life is hectic with an infant, I appreciate that Honeycomb doesn’t overwhelm me with the thought of needing to journal everyday. Instead, I am building a memory book at the pace that best suits my family. Most days, I may only snap a quick photo with an one liner or hit record as a family member reads to the baby. Some days, I reflect more deeply about our family’s past and our values. I don’t feel any pressure, just the joy of capturing moments I would not want to forget. I only wish that I had Honeycomb earlier - how precious would it be to have recorded his first heartbeat through the ultrasound or messages from his family upon his birth!

New Parent Essential!!!
When I was a new mom recovering from childbirth and caring for a newborn, I was getting 10 texts a day asking for baby pictures. Honeycomb has helped me curate and share my most precious moments with my family and has given me all of the extra time (not spent answering every picture request) back to spend with my baby and to SLEEP! This app is honestly an essential for any new parent.
This Christmas, one of the best gifts I got was an amazing, automatically generated movie of my baby’s first year. I am not particularly tech savvy, so I never really made these things, but having one created and sent to me totally made my day! I could easily share it to other platforms with a click, broadening my audience beyond the mostly-family group on Honeycomb. I cannot recommend this app enough!!

Appealing format
I like how this app is formatted! I also like the photo upload screen - as easy as tapping the photos I want. It's nice to rearrange the order as well.
This has been a great way for grandparents to keep up with our little one's daily updates.
It would be nice if there was a way to erase the icons for those who were invited but didn't sign up through the link. For example, I added my husband so his icon is there but greyed out, but he signed up through another way so he is added on the list, yet there is another icon still there from when I invited him. Hope that makes sense!
It would also be nice if there was a way to update the "___ days old" to when the photo was taken, not when the post was created. I created 3 posts today from what happened in the past but the "___ days old" is marked as today.
Otherwise, it's a great app that we recommend to others and we will continue enjoying it! :) Thank you!

Meaningful, useful, simple
My family has been using the desktop version and really liked it, but the mobile app is exceeding my expectations! It’s so easy to use. When I log in, I can immediately see our family recordings. The app makes it one-click easy to invite other family members as well. I love that a question of the week is posed to get the juices flowing. I think it would also be great to have a “record new story button” in case the story teller does not need a prompt to get going. Two of my favorite features are being able to react with a comment and/or emoji at any time during a recording. I also love the 10 second scrub feature too fast forward or rewind. Overall the interface is simple, beautiful and elegant. We will be recording our family stories for some time to come!

Honeycomb has been a godsend for us and our twin babies
Honeycomb has brought together both sides of our family. We've always had separate group chats for mommy's relatives and friends and a separate chat where we shared (those same) photos for daddy's loved ones - but its amazing now to have albums of all of our twin-girls most special (and sometimes mundane) moments instantly shared to everyone who wants to see their daily journeys. Its become a fun activity each day for my wife and I to get things off of our individual iphone camera rolls and into our Honeycomb albums so we can organizae and treasure everything we experienced that day. This is group sharing done right - with a purpose, easy, simple, and beautiful. Now get that web expereince built! :) :) :)

Thank you, Saga!
We used Saga in an undergraduate history class to record oral histories of Japanese American elders who had been incarcerated during World War II. Especially in the midst of this pandemic, Saga provided an invaluable way to connect and preserve stories. I am so grateful for the technology that Saga has created!! It was so easy to use - the fact that we could easily record and share phone conversations was incredible. I am so looking forward to using Saga for all kinds of projects, personal and professional. ❤️ Honeycomb
Super cute!! My family loves Honeycomb, I have literally posted every day since my daughter was born. She’s now approaching 9 months. We choose not to share (too many) images on social media of our little girl so this is a great option for us to still be able to share pictures with close friends and family. We originally started with immediate family and as word spread throughout our families, we had family members texting us asking if they could please join Honeycomb. My fur baby also makes his appearances every once and a while. Love this app and so glad I downloaded it when I did.

Perfect for all your baby spam
I downloaded this app because I hate group texts and I also didn’t want to post pictures of my baby all over social media all the time. This is the perfect app to update family members with all the baby spam that allows them to comment if they want and view it whenever they want as well! It is very user friendly, my grandmother is able to use it with ease. The founders are real women with families of their own that really support and care about their users. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Best app for parents!
As a new parent, I knew I’d get bombarded with requests from friends and family for photos of our new baby. I love that this app is designed specifically for that and that I don’t have to worry about privacy or data sharing. The app also allows friends and family to save any of the photos that they like - helping eliminate all those requests for me to send them separately. Overall, highly recommend for any parent I also love that the app is developed by women in tech who are constantly updating and making the app the best it can be.

Novel and Heartwarming
Saga is one of the rare apps I’ve come across that really felt like a new idea. Having spent some time with it over the last month it has lived up to the expectations. My family is spread around the country (and world) and Saga has been a unique way for us to connect. Stories that family members have shared have connected dots and helped us all better understand ourselves which is a really beautiful team. Also I’ve had a few interactions with the Saga team and they are wonderful and responsive. I hope this review encourages you to give it a try.
