Fantastic game but…
Definitely a 5 stars game so far. Ive been playing it for a few hours and i love it. Im a match 3 games fan, i have a lot of this games on my phone and this one is on my top 3. The only bad thing I’ve noticed so far is that it looks like this game has been abandoned by the developers. It hasn’t had an update in over a year and you can’t connect your game with Facebook anymore. Its a shame because this game its incredible and the storyline makes it even better. If any developer of this game is reading this, please update the game, come back to it because you guys did a great job, but your job is not finished. Do it for us 👍🏼

Best so far!
From what I’ve played of this game so far, I can say it has to be the best blast game I’ve played. I enjoy that they give you a reasonable amount of moves to complete each level unlike other games that have levels with an amount of moves that seems nearly impossible to complete. Another thing I like about this game is that it provides you with a wheel to spin wo win prizes such as power ups rather than spending large amounts of coins to get just 2 or 3. The story is great as well. Also like how you don’t have to spend lard amounts of coins to get an additional 5 moves to complete a level. Extremely pleased and I usually don’t write reviews for games but this one deserved it

I’ve rebooted the game several times and the keys just move then nothing. Now I can’t add anything to the rooms. The game plays but I can’t do anything else. This was a really enjoyable game until this happened. Any ideas. Also, in the lower left hand corner there is a pink button on top of the other one. They’re overlapping. Something has happened. Help!

If you like waiting 6 months to a year
If you like waiting 6 months to a year for an update then by all means download this game. It’s a good game, but seriously they post “update coming soon”, just to be sure I looked the word soon up in the dictionary and it means a short span of time. The last update was roughly 8 months ago. I ended up downloading hidden hotel (original version of this game and even with some of the ridiculously hard levels I’ve almost caught up to the area where hotel blast has stopped. I don’t know if they have no intention of adding more levels to finish the areas, or just shutting the game down. I’ve checked in on the game just to see if they updated since last Christmas 2021) and no they haven’t….. so disappointing

I like this game, the puzzles are fun and the difficulty level is about right. And I love team challenges and I was happy with the option to join a club. Until I tried to do it.
The game gave me the option of several dozen clubs, ALL with only one current member. Which I was totally not interested in. So I had to search for clubs by putting random 3 letter combos in the search box, then look for clubs with lots of members but less than 50, then check to see if they were public and if I met the level requirement.
And I found them. I don’t know why you make it so hard or why there’s this weird favoritism towards anyone that decides to start a club without even having a friend lined up.
My suggestion - if someone wants to start a club let them get the first dozen members on their own. Then you can put them in the field that pops up on the “join a club” icon.
Anticipating your reply, I did go on your Facebook page and request membership in a club. I got no responses.

The best game ever
I finally found a game that I really like everything about, except that it crashes CONSTANTLY!! Very frustrating. Please fix this game because other than THE CONSTANT CRASHING, this game rules! The story is super interesting, the game is better than any other. The rewards are fair, there's competitions, super interesting story line, and a personal preference for me; the arrows change direction, giving the player a fighting chance to clear levels unlike Toon Blast which I hate with a passion. Love this game... but the crashing is a major drag:(

THIS WOULD BE A GREAT GAME IF...
This would be a great game if it didn’t crash at least five times an hour that I try to play. I love the animation and the story line is awesome, but get all involved in the game and all of the sudden, it’s gone...POOF!!! Just like that!
Another thing that irritates me is that every few minutes or so it’ll put up a notice that if you join a team you’ll receive 100 coins. I have requested to join several teams and NO ONE has yet to accept me. Some teams have requirements that maybe I have not met yet, and I haven’t reached a high level due to the fact that I don’t play often enough, and I don’t play the game often because the game keeps crashing! I get so irritated, I just quit playing and won’t touch it for a few days! Please fix these issues!

I have requested to join several teams and NO ONE has yet to accept me. Some teams have requirements that maybe I have not met yet, and I haven’t reached a high level due to the fact that I don’t play often enough, and I don’t play the game often because the game keeps crashing! I get so irritated, I just quit playing and won’t touch it for a few days! Please fix these issues!

Happy to spend a reasonable amount of money
Unlike virtually every other blast game, this one gives you lots of boosters for free, making it a truly free to play game.
Because of their generosity, I have made several purchases in gratitude for a great game that is fun and relaxing, not a cash grab.
If only other developers would take instructions from whale. I am very happy and satisfied. I truly hope they don’t change! My money will go to them as long as they don’t try to extort it like other games.

So I do really like this game. I played your other game like it, “Hidden Hotel” when you try to find objects in different areas to progress. While I like that game, I find it easier to progress in this one and it’s not as challenging.
One thing I will say is that I don’t like that the decorations cost coins. Could you maybe change that? Or if not make it easier to get coins. Like, give us some at the end of every level?

Won’t sync
I mostly play on my iPad but want the ability to play on my phone sometimes. The game WILL NOT sync between the 2 devices. I’m on level 487 on my iPad and 156 on my phone. I’ve tried everything I can think of but nothing helps.
Edit: I already have a WhaleApp ID and have done what the developer suggested. The game progress still isn’t syncing.
Edit #2. I finally got it sorted out! I don’t know what I did differently but it is now syncing across devices!
