Crazy For Tropical Trouble!

I’ve played many games like this one, but they cost me money and my husband had a meltdown. He thought that this game was just like the others, but it isn’t and I’m so thankful that I can play and not spend any money! At least that’s what my husband thinks. I’ve spent a little bit of money to get gemstones so I can continue to play. If you could make it possible to receive 5 moves after watching an ad, instead of 3 moves. I love the game just as it is, thanks!!!

Help I lost my game!!!
I’ve really been enjoying playing this game for awhile now, but just now in the middle of the game it took me back to level one and I lost everything I had built!! I was almost to level 700 and was well on my way to getting my 4th puzzle animal....there is no setting button and when I went to the play store, the link to the help desk is inactive! Please help me get my game back- I’m not starting over, if you can’t help me I’m deleting it. This is one of the very few games I haven’t quickly gotten tired of; please help! This is obviously the reason for the single star... if you can fix this I’ll change it to the five stars it should have.
Update: I have been trying in vain to get in touch with the developer to fix this problem and there doesn’t appear to be any sort of help available, although they have a link to a help desk none appears to exist. I had hoped they would have seen this review and helped but as I still cannot fix this issue I am deleting the game.

I enjoy the game but it keeps kicking me back to level 1 I have played this for over a year and built my village I am disappointed that it keeps doing this, I have noticed some other comments from people and they are saying the same thing, can you please fix this glitch, I am glad that I haven’t paid for anything, that really would have been bad if I put money into this game !

Cute but.....
I have been playing this tropical building/design game for about 4 months now and although I like the game very much I have one complaint and that is the fact that since I started playing and winning at times 30 minutes of so called free play, during the free play time you are stuck playing every losing game you all created! Not once have I passed a level during free play. Never! Unbelievable! You know it wouldn’t bug me so much if just once in a blue moon I would pass a level during free play time but NO! Please don’t give out free play time anymore! It is so aggravating that I almost threw my iPad through the window!!!

Great fun but big disappointment
I have played this game for close to 2 years now and enjoyed it very much. Recently though my game reset and started me over on level one. I can’t tell you what a disappointment that was. Yes it’s just a game put I had put a lot of time into it and was on level 277 or somewhere around there. I have no choice but to start over or not play anymore. Won’t do it again but will this time. Not sure what happened. I do enjoy the game though.

Surprise
I was on level 963 (been playing a long time). I love the variety of games and what I call special events. To my surprise when I brought up the game Sunday I was back to level 1 and had to start over. Since it’s just a game i’’ll stay with it because it’s fun.

Reading through other reviews about issues with the game, I just wanted to share an email address that I got from the game, the email option in the More Features section. I’ve emailed them from that option several times when I’ve had a problem with the game and I’ve found them go be responsive although it does sometimes does take a couple days to receive a reply. I do love this game!

I love the game
I love the game, fun and relaxing, but the reason I gave 3 stars is it needs some more improvements, updates.
At a certain level, it will just freeze up. I have to delete and upload again. And I have to start all over again and that is frustrating. I try it one more time, then I give up. It’s kind a sad, because I really like the game.

Great game
Great game with good graphics. Rewards are a little stingy but nothing to bad. Love the daily puzzles. My only suggestion would be to move the power ups at the bottom of the game screen. I hit them by accident constantly while playing (playing on iPad) and it’s extremely aggravating. If you can’t move them, if you would let them be deselected that would work too.

I started playing this game and had my island almost complete and then it disappeared. I really love this game and am giving it another try. Hope the bugs are fixed. It truly is a wonderful game.
