Please fix the speed of the English subtitles
The subtitles flash on the screen so quickly that all I see is a flash of black so I have to keep pausing it. The quality of the videos is very good. Please fix the resume button. It restarts the video.

Count me out.......
I watch all my shows between Netflix, Viki and HotPot. I have to say I’ve enjoyed the shows but....there’s nowhere for me to go to see my watch history which means I have to remember the title the episode and where in the episode I left off. Very frustrating.
Also when I want to search anything there is no go back button. It constantly has to return to the home page. This irritates the fire out of me when I’ve taken the time to select a genre and all the things I want included. It goes back to the home page which means I have to start all over again.
I’m headed in for surgery soon and was trying to get my shows in order seeing I’ll be laid up for 6 weeks.
Not anywhere do you list a customer support number. A place to log a complaint or comment either.

Doesn’t let me go in the app and browse
I got this app yesterday and it was working perfectly fine this morning i get back from works and find that the app doesn’t allow me to watch my shows or even just browse other shows I’m very disappointed with this and was really enjoying the app till now please fix this bug

English subtitles missing ona lot of dramas
I wanted to watch some shows on air in China but there are no English subtitles. Some dramas say they have Eng Sub and there are none. There’s no way to contact anyone for help. I believe this app can only get better bc the quality of the video for the dramas are great!! Just the subtitles need to get fixed.

Would like to see episodes start where I last left off. Currently, I have to make note of what episode and what time I ended to come back and watch. Please fix.

Pop ups cannot even watch
It keeps giving me pop ups soon as I open the app it open browser tabs every 2 seconds. Cannot even browse or watch a show on this. Will be willing to use if fixed if not I’ll uninstall it.

Redirect to Ad on Safari
Just downloaded and I can honestly say it’s the worst app ever. Every 10 seconds, it redirects me to an ad on safari. There is no way for you to stay on the app longer than 10 seconds without being interrupted. Will be deleting.

No watched history
There’s no history where i can go back where i left off. And please removed that Chinese characters since I already defaulted the English. Need more improvements on settings really.
