Good timer and sets/reps
Ads are annoying and the charts and graphs are not visually appealing enough to even visit. However, I got the app for free and I'm using it. It is like a coach telling you what to do and when. I like that accountability. I just wish the app had better tools to track progress with an actual snapshot graph.

Great program!
I completed the hundred pushup program last year and LOVED IT!! It really helped me achieve my dream body. This is my first smart phone and I'm looking to get in shape after having a baby, so far it's good!

Handy and stable
Does exactly what it says on the tin, and does it cutely. Much easier than switching between the website and a stopwatch, and it doesn't crash on my ancient 3G (no "s"!).

love this app, performing consecutive pushups via this app's couching and feel Fit and confident. Exhaustion test feature is great, it increased my daily pushups plan from 20 to 40 after 2 weeks.

No frills, just a food app to help guide you a long. I got it for free, I don't know if it would be worth any money.

This is a great app and it works effectively. Directions and graphics could improve slightly to bring more clarity. Repeated advertising on a paid app is disappointing and unacceptable.
