Love that you can shuffle by several different options, including album, instead of only being able to shuffle by tracks. I wish you could specify that the queue do this when it reaches the end. For example if I were to play a random album, then reach the end of that album, it would be nice if I could tell it to choose a new album randomly when it reached the end of the queue. Same if I selected an album to play then when it reached the end of the queue (that album) then would choose a new random album. Doesn't have to be a random album but that's just what I would normally do. Just having more options than stop, repeat whole queue, or repeat last song in the queue would be nice. This is my main frustration with Plex atm, they only let you have it shuffle your entire library by track when a queue runs out instead of choosing the shuffle by album option for some reason.

Hi iBroadcast, I’m a simple college student that needs a lot of space on his phone, for school related things...and pictures. But anyways, I just really wanted to say, thank you for this free and amazing service your team has worked hard on. Two months ago, I was trying to look for a music service that would provide unlimited storage space. I literally tried everything and was about to ask my brother for his Apple Music account. But out of no where, I stumbled across your high quality application! I’ve read a lot of comments and I have to say, why the fuss? I mean you guys are providing a tremendously helpful service for people that want to listen to their music...without taking up their storage space?!? Well, at least some others and I are enjoying it! Thanks iBroadcast! You guys are great and I hope you guys make a lot of impactful/successful progress (in your company), in the not so distant future!!

(If you guys ever have another update, could you include a place to add lyrics to songs — karaoke is my thang so just wondering... if it’s included in the premium version than no worries 😉)

Great app as long as your song count is under 70k... Passing that number I had to keep reinstalling or switch to downloaded only to be able to re-open. After 80k the search function completely quit. Still for most folks this app will do the job nicely.

Update: With the latest update, the search function now works flawlessly. Unfortunately, I still have to switch to "downloaded only" to be able to exit the app and then re-open it. It's a minor inconvenience for what I get and being able to search now is great so kudos to the developers!

Another thing to look at... In landscape mode if you go to re-order the songs in the que, it appears useless. Only when you rotate to portrait view do you see the tags to move the songs. It would also be nice to have the alphabet index feature that appears when you do a rapid scroll be an "always on" option. That would help a lot with very large collections.

I love this service. It’s almost perfect.
Just one thing, if I wanted to shuffle from my entire library it gives me a warning message. Something along the lines of queueing up more than 5000 songs could damage my device. If that’s the case I feel the app should just randomly select 5000 songs and shuffle whatever it selects. Rather than providing me a warning and me having to just create playlists sometimes I just want to go straight to listening. Not a deal breaker, but it’s something that I think could possibly be fixed? Either way I love this app. Works waaaaayyyyy better than that billion dollar company’s app (Starts with a G)

Edit: looks like they did it! But I have one issue, when I play shuffle music I got a lot repeats with not much time between since I’ve last heard a song. Ex: I hear song X then like 4 songs later I hear the same exact song

I just found this app and setting it up. So far these are what I love:
It’s Free and unlimited.
It finds my music and uploads it without trouble.
There’s an uploader for multiple platforms.

The problems I’ve had so far:
The mediasync lite for windows will not install. Spent the first day of use trying multiple things on my end to no avail. I gave up and tried the browser version which was ok. After searching around, I found the abandoned-but-still-functions mediasync and haven’t had problems uploading. I couldn’t figure out how to un-tag a song after I accidentally tagged it wrong. FAQ says drag the tag to the trash can. I couldn’t figure out how to do that for the specific song. I couldn’t figure out how to delete and un-tag “xmas” tag when I wanted it to read as “Christmas.” Renaming it with the edit browser page left me with two tags called “Christmas.” :)

Overall, I’m ecstatic with the uploader because it’s not as stupid as the uploader for the limited G-named Play service. I just wish I could figure it out better so I can sort this music collection. I have CDs converted to mp3 going back to the 80s, because I’m old. :) It’s a lot of music and I just want to use all the sort features appropriately. If I’m going to put the time in, I want to do it right.

It may be operator error, but since it is free and unlimited, I’m going to keep with it. 😻

This might be my most used app on my phone. I’m an old school music lover and need to have a physical copy of anything I purchase - and actually prefer to purchase music rather than rent- and iBroadcast lets me listen to that music anywhere, without paying a monthly service charge to do so. At first not having a CD player in my new car I bought was a drawback but this app is much better, with the ability to listen to one album over and over like I would a cd, or a bands entire catalog, or custom playlists.

The edit tool online is also helpful in organizing everything, changing album art, etc.

The only issue I have from time to time is when I go from home WiFi when I leave home to cell service the song I’m on sometimes doesn’t fully queue so I sometimes have to skip a song.

I came to iBroadcast a month ago when it was announced that Google Play Music was shutting down earlier than expected. So far it has been better than Google Play Music ever was. The process for transferring songs was relatively easy. I only have about 900 songs so it didn’t take too long. However, I had to edit some songs’ metadata afterwards but it wasn’t too bad. The app’s interface may not be the most modern, but it’s easy on the eyes and simple to use. I mainly got iBroadcast for the ability to add my own songs and download them for offline use, which has worked flawlessly. Overall, the only complaints I have are minor. One thing that I would like to see added is the ability to repeat a specific song endlessly. Techinically it’s there, but when you go to the next song it goes back to not-repeating.

I collect and listen to mostly my own music, so I love using this app. Most music apps seem to focus on streaming these days, but a lot of my music isn’t even on streaming services. Plus I’ve spent so much money on my music, it’s nice to have an app that lets me keep it my own.

There are some bugs, but these guys are really good about getting back to me when I ask for help, and they get fixed quickly.

It’s crazy that this is free! I was skeptical at first, but they assured me that the app and current features will always remain free. Awesome! Since I can always just re-download my original files, I am not worried anyways.

I love this app! I recently got the email that my library would be deleted from Google and I really wanted a similar service. Seems there are not really great apps. I found this from a suggestion form Reddit and I could set it up in no time. Also, I love the UI more than Google Play Music.

Just a quick feedback. The play button in high res phone like my iPhone11 shows a little bit blurry. You might want to use a SVG icon instead. ❤️💯

I love the app and all of its functionality’s but my only concern is better organization, I keep my files In Order by (artist, album).
it would a huge asset to add a section for Main Artist and featuring artists under the edit track details menu. That way all songs and albums can be under one artist witch would be the main artist. looking forward for that update. Other then that no problems best music app out there.
