Ideal Image Hack 10.9 + Redeem Codes

The app worked great when I first got the app and logged in. Great layout, very easy to use, and very convenient. But then I went to the app one day and it logged me out. Ever since then I haven’t been able to log in. It says my password is wrong. So I reset it and it still won’t let me in. I love the app when it works but it only worked once.

I have tried every possible way to log in and nothing allows me to log in. I changed my password 7 times, deleted the app, reinstalled it, called, was put on a list and nothing will allow me in. How hard can it be? I even tried to reregister and nope. What in the world is the secret? I think you should consider finding a new developer or something because this issue is pretty basic. If people are not able to use your app them get rid of it. If this does not get resolved I will be cancelling my membership
And finding someplace else to go to. I can’t seem to get appts. Pay my bill or even check my appointment Trent’s or keep track of what procedures I have had and when. Please resolve this! It is truly hurting your brand.

This is such a bad app. I use apps all the time to schedule appointments, order groceries, etc.

This app will go in a loop every time you try and book an appointment.

I have done so much troubleshooting such as, deleted the app, re-installed the app, logged out and back in. It never once worked. I was never once able to book an appointment.

When you call Ideal Image they tell you to download this app to book appointments. Problem is, you can’t. The app is absolutely unusable.

This whole company seems sketchy to be honest. They reel you in with „Specials“, you pay, and when you want to schedule an appointment, they have none available! They will put you on a waiting list, refer you to an app that does not work, and tell you that the schedule for the following month is not available so they can’t even schedule you an appointment for a service that you already paid for!!!!, one month out!!

So, over all not trustworthy at all which the app just makes clear too. Useless!!!

Terrible app. The UI is pretty good so it’s a shock at how bad the app actually is. Tried to schedule a touch up but the app doesn’t let me since I’ve “had a removal appt in the last 5 weeks” except that was for a completely different area. The app pretends to understand the difference between scheduling a regular appt vs a touch up but it actually doesn’t know anything. I don’t mind calling and scheduling but don’t advertise your app as an alternative to calling when I’ve not once been able to schedule an appt on it.

Work alright when I just got it.
I only use it to see when’s my next appointment and confirm it.
However since lately it hasn’t been loading. Just keep saying “we’re working on it” and a blank screen comes up. This has been happening for days now so I can’t even confirm my upcoming appointment.

Hands some bugs in the beginning but now it works great. Easy to reschedule my appointments to get in quick and I don’t have to call in to speak to someone

When it comes to med spas, laser, or anything else, it’s everywhere. So it takes a certain person to be able to separate this place from the rest :)

The first month that I had it, I noticed that I couldn’t confirm appointments. I called their number, they didn’t know how to work it either. Then I would try to open it and it would take me back to my Home Screen. Now, it won’t let me log in. It says my password is wrong. I uninstalled it and installed again, same issues.

Downloaded the app and it said there was a problem creating my account and to check all my info. Checked everything still nothing worked called the provided number was told to delete and try again. Did that and it still didn’t work. Giving up on this app.

When I have to reschedule my appointments, it’s so much easier to do it here instead of trying to call.
