The Best!
Didn’t know what to expect but I’m so grateful for my experience with iFeel. My therapist was incredible. I came in with anger/resentment towards my father and crippling fear to lose a close family member to now better able to work through these feelings and emotions. It’s taken time and a lot of work/effort on my part. But having such a supportive therapist who was non-judgmental made ALL the difference.

I had this option through GymPass and only leaving since it’s no longer an option in the US (w/GP). If it weren’t for that, I would stay.

Great therapy for the modern nomad
I’ve been in face to face therapy for many years but because my work forces me to move counties every few years, finding a therapist in every city and getting accustomed to him/her has been quite complicated. Ifeel has provided the stability I need wherever I go and they’ve paired me with a fantastic therapist that I no longer have to say bye to. Both the online platform as well as the app are super user friendly. I greatly recommend it even if you don’t move around as much. Who doesn’t want to have their therapist at the tip of their fingers?

Connection issues
I was paired with a therapist that seemed great, however she mentioned it was her second session in English and on top of that had the worst connection I’ve ever experienced (I spend all day on video calls for work so I would assume it’s not my connection). It just seemed to defeat the purpose for me to talk about really tough things and have her yelling back “what??? I didn’t catch that”. I think the virtual piece was the deal breaker for me.

This service wasn’t good. If you need good, reliable therapy I would go elsewhere. The plus is that this service is a lot cheaper than in-person therapy but I plan to shop around.
