Healthy app
Nice app! I like the recipes they offer, the reminders, and the additional tips to eat better. I would like to read more detailed recipes though, some instructions are very ambiguous and not easy to follow. I would also like to have a better sense of the portions, I don’t think they are very clear. I believe this app is not American, some names for the ingredients are not from the US so I have to Google them.

What is this?
So…I downloaded this app thinking I would have a personalized plan / nutritionist on demand. I was very wrong and sold by the other reviews on the app. I should have ran when I just saw 12 reviews. Anyhoo, what I actually got after spending $62 for three months was a nutritionist who used pre canned templates to put together a meal plan. When I asked to have it more personal, I was told it didn’t meet the vision of the meal plan…. Huh? I asked for clarification, but that question was ignored. My vision is what I thought I was paying for — a nutritionist who listens to my concerns, talks to me about my goals and develops a personalized meal plan. Not to mention, the app is extremely basic and not $62 pretty…. If you’re considering purchasing…definitely save your money for something more reputable.

It’s canned meals not personalized
Misleading advertising- I thought I was getting personalized and customized meal plan. It’s all canned - they have a live person called “nutritionist” you can chat with, yes, but all she told me was - here is the link to a guide (links to pre template meal plan) and lose 2 pounds a week ask me any questions. I asked any tips for flat belly diet - she said do you workout - I told her what I did. Her response was - eat healthy and workout. I don’t need an app to tell me that. I told her I eat primarily Indian vegetarian food - she said they don’t offer plans for that yet. I didn’t pay money out of pocket unlike some other unlucky souls, I got it through Gympass. They took me personal information like which medication I take - please do not give them your money or medicine information. I am shocked that this app exists and Gympass supports it.

Perfect Nutrition Companion
The app gives access to a nutrition coach (real person) and helps you plan the right balanced diet to achieve your goals. It has various diets you can choose from and suggests you different delicious recipes. It also has a shopping list completely organized based on your upcoming recipes for the week and makes it so much easier to prepare for the week. I love this app! Full disclosure: I’m a premium member, so basic membership may have limited functionality. It’s def worth paying if you can stick with the routine they suggest.

Amazing!!
I am vegan and enjoy weightlifting and I’ve been struggling on my journey and felt so alone because I wasn’t fully sure if I was doing everything properly. It’s really nice to have a nutritionist guide me through and work with my chaotic schedule. They’re very personable which makes it harder for me to cheat (which is something I need). Taking photos of my food makes it fun to cook and I enjoy cooking now. The meals are so easy to make and the directions are very helpful. You can also up the number of people you’re cooking for.

Best App I’ve Ever Used!
Not only does Nootric allow you to choose your meal plan (I chose a vegan meal plan/ weight loss & energy boost), they also give you a weekly shopping list that is super user-friendly and allows you to scratch out items you already have, or as you shop! The meals are tasty and filling (3 meals, 2 snacks) and the majority take under 30 min to make. My nutritionist, Beth has been a massive support and the reason why I stay motivated to stick with my plan (which has been super easy!) It’s made my life so much simpler.

Supportive Nutritional Coaching and Great Recipes!
I’m just a couple weeks in, but so far this app has been wonderful! Until recently, I didn’t realize how often I was snacking. I really enjoy the recipes and there are a lot of options. This app has been super helpful with keeping me on track without any pressure. I enjoy the workouts and they are very accessible. My nutritional coach helps me by answering my questions and giving me encouragement to help me reach my goals. So far, so good!

Great service for the price
Overall it’s a great service. Takes the guess work out of eating and it’s regimented with interesting food. The nutritionist I’ve been working with is great. While there’s some capabilities that could be developed over time, like calorie tracking it more flexibility to select foods, it works, and you can always communicate with a nutritionist who responds within a day at the latest.

I absolutely LOVE this app. I need as many of you to subscribe to it as possible so that it stays around a while. Sometimes, it’s not about not knowing how to eat right so much as it is not knowing WHAT to eat. You tell your nutritionist what your goals are and she/he works with you towards them. Open communication enables easy modifications to the meal plans. Honestly? This entire thing is pretty fabulous!

I’ve tried a lot of different apps and companies to lose weight in the last 5 years. I can hands down say that Nootric is the best I’ve ever tried. They don’t try to push any supplements or products on you, the Nutritionists are responsive and help guide you so you can learn how to make healthy decisions on your own, and the app is so simple to navigate.
