Keep getting error codes saying it’s not connecting. It’ll work on second then it won’t work for an extended period of time.

The fact that this app makes you select times when you DON’T want your hot tub to temperature, aka economy mode, is confusing. Why don’t you ask me when I DO want my hot tub to temperature? This makes scheduling, extremely confusing, especially when scheduling overnight, and custom days. I just think it is easier to answer when I will use it, vs all the time in between that I won’t .

Hopefully a developer can explain why my spa is now randomly turning off then on after installing the in touch 2 wifi. The app works the way it should and if it wasn’t for the constant power off/on for the hot tub I would give it 5 stars. Please let me know if there is a fix for this. Thanks!

The Ap is Old and no updates. The Ap features are very basic and essentially useless. The developers DO NOT provide any support. The user manual is incompatible with the Ap and controls. Extremely poorly executed Ap and support.

Unfortunately there isn’t exactly a big ecosystem to choose from for spa control - if you need this it’s probably your only option. Be prepared for a lot of frustration.

The biggest problem is intermittent connections to the system - even in the same house, minutes apart, it will randomly fail to connect or work perfectly, and there is zero troubleshooting or help available for figuring it out.

Another large problem is that this app lets you set schedules for heating, away, filter cycles etc, however it does not give you the ability to set the date and time of the system, so whatever schedule you set will not be based on reality, but the last time your spa lost power. If you ask support they will act like it’s your home network and/or router’s fault that the time isn’t set, but if you press them you will discover they don’t actually know what they are talking about.

The support agents don’t know what NTP is or how it works, nor can they explain how this device is supposed to be getting the correct date and time other than “from your router’s internal clock”. Even if I were running an NTP server on my router (no home routers do), I can clearly see that the device never attempts any NTP queries to anywhere.

Eventually the support agents simply stop responding to quest when they don’t know the answer.

Since the software update, our spa won’t connect anymore. Nothing is working. Nothing else has changed. Spa not responsive or usable.

After I create and account then sign in, its just a spinning wheel.

I restarted my phone. Nothing
I delete the app and reinstalled. Nothing.

I like the hot tub but this app is so bad I will never get this hot tub again. The app is a joke. I do not think they are even trying to make it right .

Does the job, but not simple and very confusing. The calendars are a mess. Doesn’t allow you to rename their calendar names to work for your situation ... or add additional calendars. Within the calendars, the options are not labeled in a way that makes sense. It’s difficult to know if you’re dealing with the heat or the filter. Then the settings are inverse. Instead of setting when you want the heat on and to what temperature, you have to set the heat to when you want it off. Who does that?!?! The temperature of the pool is set at the pool’s controller — so the app doesn’t control the temperature setting. Only when to turn the heat off. Every time I reenter the app to change the settings, it’s a struggle to have to remember how to set the settings to work for you. Nothing is based on common sense. The only reason it’s not rated a 1 star is because it’s the only app available for my pool, so I have to make it work.

The app worked for all of 5 minutes then stopped. The transmitters will not connect no matter what we do. The transmitters and app are a piece of junk, don’t bother spending your money on this. To the manufacturer, start over! Create a solid system with app that is Bluetooth enabled and uses the latest technology and stop ripping consumers off.

Update: we finally got it to work. However, because it uses radio frequency and not Bluetooth or Wi-Fi we had to move the receiver into our bathroom at the back of the house. The receivers have to be VERY close together in order to work. This is a big hassle and a very poor design. My recommendation to the manufacturer stands. This should be using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
