To use this app you need an in.touch module from Gecko Alliance, which has a built-in WiFi transeiver to communicate with your iDevice. In.touch quickly connects via the communication port of an in.xm2™, in.xe™ or in.yt™ hot tub control platform (http://www.geckoalliance.com).

Buggy crashes won't work with WEP
Don't bother with this if you have WEP encryption on your wi-fi

Poor WiFi range.
Seriously. Every phone, tablet and laptop, on the market has decent WiFi range. You’re lucky to get this device to work within 20 feet from your router or range extender. As I look through the reviews I see this to be a common theme. Why then does the company not respond with a solution? Do they not even bother to read these reviews? Fix this now!!

Very poor wifi range and lacks any notification features
Still trying to find a solution - my previous review seems to have disappeared... Not even a follow up from company. This app is terrible ... Software has terrible wifi range and app lacks any notification features.

Connectivity issues
It keeps disconnecting from my home wifi, I have to repeat the set up over and over. In this state the app is not useful at all which makes the module I bought for my endless pool a waste of money.
