Great update
A much needed update to the old app. The interactive map is awesome. Can’t wait to use it at the track.

Needs some work, hope it’s improved for next year
I love racing and I love Indycar. I live in Indy and I generally just buy a bronze pass, physical race day tickets for May and I’m all set. My schedule was a little different this year, so I bought individual tix for quali, GMR, etc. because it made more sense.
This app was a serious pain to set up with multiple awkward verifications and account mergers to get my e-tix to pop on my phone. When I got to the gate, my tickets were gone, like disappeared from the app, and I had to dig through emails to show the person at the gate I actually bought them. In short, IMS has great staff and I got in no problem, but I hope they invest in developing this app to really make the month of May easier for everyone. Hint: take screen shots of your tickets so you have a back up.

Mobile Tickets delivery option grayed out with no explanation
I just want mobile tickets. This app is a massive pain to setup. Have to link IMS account to the app account. The website advertises the app to have a better experience. The app shows the same ad for itself. And when I get to checking out the mobile tickets option is grayed out with no explanation. Can only pay to have tickets mailed or pay to pick them up. Users want an app to handle mobile tickets. Whatever IMS paid for this app experience was too much.

Not Functional
So, opened the app and entered the information as required, doesn’t recognize anything. I go to the website on my laptop, log right in, no issues. Not sure how I’m going to get my shuttle tickets via mobile. This by far is one of the worse apps, you would think a Penske organization would have seem less interaction across all platforms.

Don’t waste your time.
I wanted to buy tickets online and was steered by IMS to the app. I downloaded the app and wasn’t able to link my account and had to purchase paper tickets. I’m under the age of 70 and don’t want to carry a physical ticket. Also, if you try to click on any event to see information, there isn’t any. This app has zero value in its current status.

Pitiful experience
Confusing and frustrating ticket purchase experience to say the least. Bought tickets online. Just want to add them to my digital wallet. Site doesn’t enable that and I have download the IMS app to access them, but I need to set up yet another account for the app? Still trying to figure it out….

Can’t access tickets/ doesn’t link with account
Followed all the instructions to be able to access the tickets on the app and still doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize the account or email. App is useless to me. Zero utility. Just wasted an hour of my time messing with it.

Not too reliable
This app is sketchy. Really really really sketchy. It repeatedly failed to accept my user and password, yet I had no issues signing on using a browser. It’s much easier to simply sign on using safari than messing with this cheesy app.

Delete this App
Going online, there is no issue signing in with my email/username and password, however this app does not recognize any of these credentials. The app is useless and people are better off just using website.
