Wonderful App
I am a very big Colts fan and I always wanted something just for the Colts instead of everything else like the ESPN app. I know that you get to pick your team there but it just doesn’t always work. I am very glad that they made this app because only Colts are on it. Every other Colts fan should also be thankful because they get updates immediately.

Articles.... where are you!!
Not sure if this is an issue with the app or my phone however looking at other posts, its the app. I cannot view any articles posted on the app. Its got the header and/or footer on the page but no article loads. I have deleted and reloaded the app over 20 times over the past year and a half and only once did it fix the issue for one article but then clicking on another article it was back to being blank. I have been Colts fan since birth and since I joined the Navy when they left Baltimore i have remained a fan. So this is so frustrating to not have the access to view status updates. Please get this fixed!!

Audio Controls
This app is insanely frustrating when listening to any audio source within the app. Controls don’t appear in the control center when you swipe down from the top right corner. Just incorporate audio controls into the app already... it’s painful if you’re listening to something and have to stop it half way through and have no way to get back to where you left off without listening to the whole first half again. Other than that that app is pretty good.

Always closes when view articles and photos
I love having the app to see the scores and stats since I don’t live in Indiana anymore. Every time I try to read an article, look at photos or even try to sign into the fanzone the app will close out an not let me read or watch what so want too. I rely on the app to keep me updated on my favorite team. When I first download the app several years ago it worked perfectly but not I am VERY limited on what I can view due to it closing out on everything.

Have to have the app to download the tickets from Ticketmaster?
I recently had my ticket purchased in a group transferred to me via Ticketmaster per the email. After trying again and again to log into my Ticketmaster account I finally realized that I had to create a Colts account to get the ticket. No where on the site was that mentioned or clearly stated. Regardless after researching how to get the tickets on my Ticketmaster app and account—which I already have—I saw that you MUST have the colts app to get access to the tickets. I don't want the colts app. I just want my tickets. Too bad. Confusing and annoying. Needs to be easier/more clear UI

Improved
I had previously rated this lower due to significant issues with loading articles on my iPhone. I am happy to see that the latest updates have fixed all those problems and I can now read articles again. Everything else works fine. This is a good way to keep in touch with my Colts

Poor Live Audio
I live outside the Indy market and I rely on the audio to listen to the games.. the app doesn’t always work when i try to listen live. It will stop mid stream and won’t start back up even after restarting the app and the audio doesn’t continue to play when i leave the app. I wish to be able to listen to the game while taking care of this. Things on my phone as well..

DESPERATELY NEEDS BUG FIXES
This app desperately needs to be updated! On game day specifically, when you open the app it crashes as soon as you try to go to any link. The score will not update until the game is over, and when you try to refresh it will either stay the same (showing the scheduled game time) or the app will shut down entirely. If you try to listen to the live feed it will not load, and the screen will stay blanks. You also can’t open up any article about injuries or game day lineup without it crashing. Please update the app soon!

Cannot read any linked articles
This app used to be great but now it’s basically useless.
All of the text articles are not accessible when one clicks on the photo link at the main page. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both my iPhone AND iPad. Both devices have the same problem.
Clicking on the link for App Support within this App Store leads to a 404 page on the Colts website; so that was no help either.

Ticket Transfer
Transferring tickets last week for the first time was rather challenging. 45 minutes prior to the start of the game and the transfer portal suddenly disappeared. When it finally came back I was only able to transfer 1 of 3 tickets.
I understand this is safer because there is no printing of tickets or hard copies anymore but I actually lost money last week because I was unable to use 3 of my 6 tickets.
