Description

Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to-do list just not cutting it?

Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.

Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

Many people see ADHD/ADD as just a deficit or disorder. But the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain.

Start focusing, meet your goals, kick the distraction habit, and start creating a daily structure that works for you. Spend less time planning to be productive, and more time getting things done.

Improve your skills in these areas:

- Focus and Concentration
- Attention and Hyperactivity
- Goal Setting and Consistency
- Mood and Emotional Regulation
- Distraction Reduction
- Cyber Addiction

...all without an ad in sight.

Inflow provides the tools you need to focus on strategies in your everyday life. We help you build a daily routine habit by habit, a day at a time.

It’s time to tackle your to-do list with ease, whether that’s studying for an exam, organizing your home more effectively, improving your focus, or simply scheduling more time for self-care. Concentrate on what matters most and organize your daily life.

Inflow also sets you up for success with:

- Daily activities and visual reminders integrated easily into your daily life
- Challenges to put what you learn about ADHD/ADD into practice
- Daily focus feature so you can prioritize more effectively
- A stigma-free and supportive ADHD/ADD community to motivate you
- Personalized journal to understand your behavior habits
- Live events with a psychologist, counselor, ADHD coach, home organizer and more

Whatever your goals may be — stronger organization skills, building a more effective to-do list, preventing procrastination, improving attention, reducing hyperactive traits, focusing on others, or simply coping with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis — Inflow can help.

ADHD/ADD can be challenging, but that doesn’t mean accessing support should be! If you’re tired of the day-to-day stress of managing ADHD/ADD, we’re here for you.

You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to use Inflow!

Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

chdhehebrh,
Some useful tools
Unless you are new to your diagnosis, this app will likely not have many tips, tools, or facts you don’t already know. However, I was asked to be included in the study right when I was in the middle of a really rough time (my routines & habits were all out of whack and I needed to rebuild them, I wasn’t getting anything done) and it really helped me get back on track. It’s a good reminder of the strategies available to you, and very good at being a gentle partner in developing habits — prods you just enough, and paces you, showing you that a little bit of work every day can make a difference. It stops the frustration of trying to fix everything in one day (which doesn’t work). I don’t think it can replace therapy, but if you can’t access therapy, this app could be a good more affordable alternative to getting the very basic info and strategies that any therapist will tell you about adhd. It seems like they are working on expanding content and community features, and I think that’s great — it seems to be done very thoughtfully. I’m not sure it’s something I would benefit from using constantly after the initial several weeks & getting on track, but I’d benefit from revisiting it when I’m off-track. PS: I have to say it— the app name, plus a pink icon that looks vaguely like a menstrual cup makes me think about periods every time.
Peanut102,
Just What I Needed!!!
I came to this app through ADDitudes and I’m so glad I found it. This is just what I needed to learn how to get things done, stay on track at work, and feel better about myself. My coworkers have noticed an improvement and I’m getting more done after just two weeks of using Inflow daily. The modules are useful. I’m learning so much about what works, what doesn’t, and why. The live events are very informative and the live work group every weekday is amazing. I don’t completely understand why the work group works so well, but it has been a game changer when I’m struggling to get started or stay focused on a project I really don’t want to do. There is a cost, but it is well worth it to me and WAY cheaper than doing all of this with a coach, owing a ton in late fees because I forget to pay bills, or the risk of losing a job. I am 110% happy with this and it is already making noticeable improvements in my life. I have one thing I would like to see. If the developers are reading this, please consider making it a two week trial. I don’t think one week is enough time for most people to determine if this will work for them. I saw just enough that I was willing to pay for a month to see how it went, but there are a lot of people who need this that may still be hesitant after just one week. And thank you for the reminder when my trial was about to end!!!! It’s so easy for us ADHDers to forget things like that. That speaks volumes about intentions.
Mmmmik643,
Best Body Doubling sessions - why cancel them?
I finally found an app that works for me.. I tried a ton of things, body doubling discord, Study Together discord, setting up sessions with friends, having body doubling sessions with my ADHD coach. Was about to try Focusmate but there is such friction to setting up a session, and what if you get a weirdo. Then I found Inflow. My productivity doubled because of the body doubling sessions. I discontinued bc of the price, went back to finding and alternative, and then I caved and paid for a year (there’s a way to pay w/o paying for coaching). Aaah, finally my productivity increased again!!! I especially love the Tessa sessions, great for people on the West Coast. The timer is shared, you can be on or off camera. You state your goal and work with a timer for 25 mins on, 5 mins off. Then you update what you’ve done or comment if you catch yourself getting distracted. Others cheer you on and give helpful tips, including the lovely Tessa. There’s a sense of community. They aren’t well-advertised, so maybe not too many people don’t know about them. But people KEEP COMING BACK. There are regulars, and a sense of community. The only problem was that they didn’t have enough sessions and didn’t cover all the days. And then.. I hear that instead of having more zoom sessions, they’re discounting the ones I most love!! Please, Inflow, don’t do this. I guess I’ll have to find another alternative.
Jjraym78,
The right direction! Great App
First, let me say that I will gladly pay the $95 price per year if the content continues to build in features and community. I have been using it for 3 days now and this content so far is mostly things that I know about ADHD and strategies for growth (just a great way to remind me of them when I forget). I like the way it adds structure to creating habits and is flexible with how many habits/tasks you work on at once. I like the prompts (my favorite feature). I like that the community, journal, challenges are all there and the presentation. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that this app is great right now, but can be so much greater if the developers take the 95 dollars per year's investment that I and many others are making and will make. To design a helpful app for our Adhd community. I will be keeping the app for a year and thanks for creating a great all with even greater potential. I will change my review and be willing to make suggestions on improvements if asked. Maybe add a suggestion box if not there currently.
Mary72663737,
The most information I’ve seen.
I got the free trial for inflow. I’m originally from a Spanish speaking country, I always had access to tons of physiologists and doctors growing up. However, even though my parents had a hard time with me most times nobody was able to tell them why I had such a hard time with “small” things or habits they tried to teach me. I would forget to do things often that they just couldn’t understand how to the point they thought I was ignoring their requests on purpose. When I finally realized that it was adhd and I talked to a physiologists on my adulthood about my suspicions, they just asked me a few questions and that was it. I was officially diagnosed. However, I never got any tips or tricks on how to manage my struggles with procrastination and just in general. After the free trial I was able to learn so much more about why I can’t get things done. I really wish I could afford the year fee so that I could learn more.
smeskew,
Need longer than a week trial
I definitely wish it were longer than a 1 week trial. It even tells you to try it for 2 weeks. And of course, I can’t remember where exactly it says that-shocker. I haven’t even gotten a full week of use bc I haven’t been able use it everyday. I have two baby boys, 1 and 2 1/2 years old. I don’t have a lot of free time with my phone. A few things I’ve read or learned in the app have been enlightening and helped some. But I can’t do every step of every module AND put everything that I’ve attempted to learn into practice in one week. The usage I’ve gotten has given me just enough to wish I could explore it a little longer but not even close to enough to pay that much for it. There are so many areas I haven’t had a chance to explore yet. I really appreciate what y’all are trying to do. And I understand the price is for the real life coach and all the tools and resources. But I definitely need longer than a week to determine if I want to commit to paying that price. I was really hopeful for this bc Im loosing my mind a little bit lately. 😳
katsipheezy,
Don't be fooled like I was.
Before downloading to try it out there was a pop up stating that if anything happened and I forgot to cancel before the free trial was over, I would be refunded. It said something like, 'We understand having ADHD would make this really hard to remember, so we will refund you if you forget.' -- something to that effect. That is what pushed me into downloading.

Of course I forgot to cancel the trial and it automatically signed me up for a yearlong subscription ($200). I reached out to support and mentioned the pop-up, casually saying thank you for the refund policy. In response the person told me I need to reach out to Apple first to ask for a refund. I'm currently waiting to hear back from Apple. THEN they will refund you only after you have received a no from Apple first.

But here's the point. The company tries to imply upfront that they have a lenient refund policy BECAUSE they help people with ADHD. Instead, they make you go through the process of asking for a refund from Apple, which for someone with ADHD is another obstacle. What a sham! I went through with it because I was so enraged by the deceit but I know many others won't, and that they make money off this. Shameful.
Calaub mommie,
Critical Need for this App! Life changing..Make discount info explicit
I'm taking the time to provide you with feedback related to my experience with inflow. The only complaint I have is my coach was never available during my subscription so I missed out.

I have suffered with ADHD my entire life but was not diagnosed until my late 20s. The negative self talk is ingrained and the app helped with that pertinent information.

This app changed my life in a short time. My concern is that the access program and student discount information are not explicitly stated when you sign up. I fear that people who need the service may miss this opportunity.

Also, financial challenges occur by happenstance especially with ADHDers. I am facing a financial hardship but I at one time had a paid subscription. Making the access program open for people in crisis might help. Maybe with the support of a qualified mental health professional or the like. Maybe a month at a discount or including information under access to help ADHDers learn to manage their finances. You have an amazing opportunity to change lives.

Have you considered an ambassador program? I say this because I would suggest this app to everyone I know with ADHD. I am faculty at a university, and I believe me and our personalized learning center could promote this service. Nonetheless, I am thankful for the time I was able to participate.
inspiredbybeats,
Life upgrade
I know many are very well educated on life with ADHD. I like to think I am getting there too 😄. I was diagnosed 2 years ago at age of 37. I’ve been using this app for about 6 months now (on and off, of course 🤪). It is actually very easy to pick back up again wherever you left off, even if it’s been a few days or weeks (or months).

Anyways, I have found the learning modules really valuable. I think you may too. While not every learning module lesson is directly applicable to me, many of them are. I find nuggets of wisdom that continue to improve my life each time I use it. Sometimes all I get is assurance that it’s ok to be kind and accepting to myself, and I need that too!

The app also has a cool feature where you can time chunk work/breaks with a live group of people. This has been helpful on days when I’m not motivated to do anything at all. You can interact if you want to. Sometimes just having a common goal with people nearby (or virtually in this case) is all I need to stay on task.

Finally, there’s also some community aspect where you can share your thoughts/struggles/tips for the day and people always respond with thoughtful or encouraging words. I love it!

They charge about $20 a month for access to all this stuff and I think it’s worth every penny. Have I made a good enough case for you to try it (or maybe try it again)?
explosive diary,
Highly effective and BRIEF CBT lessons proven to work
I’ve had ADHD long enough to understand most of the common struggles others like myself share. I am also all to familiar with the fact that the attributes are usually misunderstood by those with normal brains, often times causing us to have very low self esteem. (It’s all my fault, I’m forgetful and easily confused simply because I’m a jerk and not very smart). This app is a great reminder that you can forgive yourself for these issues. They are not things we have as a result of any character flaws. Our brains are documented physiologically different. CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is one of the most overlooked but effective tools in dealing with mind management. This app emphasizes these therapies and prescribes very simple exercises that do help over time. But again, most importantly, forgive yourself. You are different and you are most certainly not alone. This app brings us together so we can learn from one another.
