Purchase credits option
I’m not given an option to purchase credits in the app not even when I send a message.

Thank God
This app deserves nothing less than 10 stars. I could complain or nitpick any app I use. I am surprised & even disappointed to read the reviews for this app does just that. This app lets our family and friends, whoever it is that is away from us on the outside keep very much in touch with loved ones and they have kept it very affordable and very way to use. This app could possibly be or has been a lifesaver to many people inside those jail walls and that is better and more than worth a very big thank you and show of appreciation. I know it means the world to me and to my loved one. We kept each other going and getting through hard times ileopeeeeethis app made the time apart don’t know so much more bearable to us both.

Purchasing credits
Everything is great, except you can’t purchase credits through app. You have to go online, which takes you through the same log in process so it doesn’t make sense.

Notifications
Would be helpful if this app pop up in my notifications. Instead of having to open the app throughout the day to check and see if our love ones text. It would help with better communication to the inmates.

I don’t get my man’s message notifications until several hours later through email. Can we please get notifications to the phone? Also, it’s glitching way too much. Like the screen has a shortage can do anything.

My notifications never pops up. I have to constantly check my email to see if the inmate I am talking to have wrote me back. Please update this app, it really needs it!!
