I originally connected my G5 about a year ago, when I first got it. While the app had frequent problems connecting, I was, for the most part, able to use the app successfully for about 3 months. Then it just stopped connecting altogether. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it kept telling me that the G5 was already paired with another device and to disconnect the bluetooth and retry. I never connected it to another device, so I can’t disconnect it. I turned off every other bluetooth device I had connected to my phone, because tech support said it can’t reconnect if any other device is connected to my phone. They said to disconnect the battery, plug in the G5, reinstall the app, turn off all other bluetooth devices, and try to pair again. Now it says it’s trying to pair but never does. This is very frustrating considering how much money I have given this company. I have given up on trying to use the app.
