Instant Church Directory is a simple way to view your Church Directory. Never deal with an outdated directory again, any changes made by the admin are immediately synced to the app.
Use Instant Church Directory to:
- View family information and photos just like any traditional paper directory.
- Search members to call, email, or text.
- Click on member's address to launch your default map app.
- View and search Staff Members and their contact information.
- View members listed by groups.
- View birthdays listed by month.
Your church must have a paid membership to Instant Church Directory Online (a subscription service) and you must be listed in their directory in order to use this Free Member App.

The login system has been updated to allow users to set a password. All current access codes will continue to work. To create your own password if you are already logged into the app, log out and request access again using your email account as listed in your directory and a password of your choice.
We have also eliminated a few issues with syncing that caused the app to occasionally freeze in the middle of downloading the directory to the iOS app.

Thank you Instant Church Directory
Instant is the perfect name for this directory. Touch an individual’s phone number on their family page and it’s dialed instantly. Touch their email and instantly an email can be sent to that person. New members can be instantly added and all those in this directory gets the update instantly. This phone ap has changed how we build relationships in our Bible Study class of 350 folks! Thank you for this incredible tool!

Great App
This app gives good sized pictures of families with their contact information so you can contact people by phone, text, or mail. When you add new members, it automatically places them in alphabetical order. It’s very easy to make a printed directory. The best thing is you can have it on your smart phone and can use it at church or other places. Our congregation loves it. People can send in there own pictures directly to the Administrator.

Incredibly Valuable to our Class
We have a large Sunday school class...150 people, and this app has proved to be such a valuable tool for us. the ability to update quickly and easily, add birthdays and anniversaries, provide care groups and photos is just incredible. With every update comes new and exciting changes and improvements. The staff here does an excellent job. I highly recommend it for any church or Sunday school class.

I have used this app both as a member & as the secretary of my congregation. I found it very easy to work with in the office & love to have my church family's info at my fingertips! I have just retired so don't have the access I did when I worked, but no problem, I just open Instant Church Directory & phone , text or email with no problems. All churches should use this app!

Great way to stay connected
I love using this app! I especially like having the addresses of the church people so that when I go to visit them, I know how to find the house. The app Connects to the navigation on my phone.

Super Helpful
As a new member at a church it is really helpful to have this app. It allows you to look at the pictures to find people's names. If you know their name you can look it up that way but when you just know a face it helps being able to scan by pictures.

Great app for staying in contact with members of the body of Christ
I use this app quite often for looking up addresses and phone numbers emails etc. for members of our church. Would suggest everyone to upload a photo to their profile. I remember your names, but sometimes I forget your face. LOL

Beyond All Expectations
This directory is a great experience for me. Of all the congregations I've been involved with over the past 30+ years none has had a directory that comes close to this one. It's so easy to use and so helpful in getting to learn members ' names and faces. I'd give it a 10 star rating.

Wonderful app! I’m not computer savvy, but found it easy to set up and navigate. I really like the way this website is set up. It would be a good idea to keep the “Extra Pages” option on the “Menu” page up to date.

Have had our directory on my phone for a couple of years. Have used it many, many times. It is easy to access & use. It is so convenient when trying to contact people or looking up information.
