Doesn’t work on iPhone 8
App doesn’t allow you to set levels on microphone. Turned of background noise setting on phone and it didn’t make any difference. Will trigger for voice but not gunshots. No way of contacting developer in English. Can’t believe Apple lets this stay on App Store.

Needs a lot more work to be marginal
Dont waste your money. Doesnt pick up gunshots from my Canik SF 9mm. Cant adjust start beep sound for loudness (phone speakers turned all the way up), minimal adjustment on all controls. No instructions. Save your money

Garbage waste of money app
Won’t capture follow-up shots/ split times. I’ve gone into settings and have adjusted the appropriate microphone options; doesn’t help. Want my $5 back.

I installed the lastest update that was supposed to fix iPhone 4 detector issues. However I cannot get this app to work on my iPhone 4 with or without the earphones with built in mic.

I love it!
I bought this despite the bad review, it worked perfectly with my 45 Auto. This app is fantastic for practicing, I highly recommend.

For a timer it is inaccurate
I notice the timer being up to .7 seconds off on registering my first shot. That is a huge inaccuracy when .10s of seconds count.

Didn't work
I have the 3GS and this app didn't work for me. Out of a 15 round magazine it would only pick up a 1/3rd of the shots. It's very inconsistent and it won't even pick up a .22lr.

Not for iPhone 4
This app does not work with iPhone 4. The noise cancellation software in the phone does not allow shot recognition.

Can't get the app to record times as it won't acknowledge I'm firing a weapon.
Tried contacting their customer service, but the response was in Russian.
The translator I used told me the email address provided wasn't legit, and attempting to view their customer service website through the App Store gives me a 404 not found.
Can I get a refund?!?
