Raeverr,
From one UX developer to another
I have worked on developing mobile apps before and this one needs a lot of work. For starters, and this hasn’t been fixed for many months; once you begin editing your lifestyle rewards by adding more product, you can’t go back into the lifestyle rewards tab. It disappears. Very bad customer experience because you have to close out the app and log back in. Another thing, you shouldn’t have to choose a flavor or packaging in a drop down when there’s only one option. Search also needs a lot of improvement. I search the exact name of a product and it doesn’t come up. I suggest adding more images to the product pages, it definitely enhances the appeal. Another thing that is a huge pain point is that it logs you out of the app every so often, makes you re enter your password because the log in “expires”. This is something that people use every day. Saving log in and Face ID should be basics. No other app is like that. Overall I like the appearance of the app and it’s fast, it just needs some of these improvements. Thanks!

App should be better
This app should be better! For the amount of money that is paid for this program the app needs to be more useful. It is high maintenance to add your daily food intake. I am not spending an hour searching to add foods and drinks that are not part of the default menu. The app is so slow it’s ridiculous! Trying to place an order takes forever. I know I’m exaggerating but really let fix that speed. I am definitely one of those buyers who will just go to someone better and not waste time maneuvering an app. I am only talking about the app and not the program. I have lost weight and it is good. Just fix the app so it compliments the program.

A bit buggy
My day job is managing app development teams so I’m going to give some very specific feedback. Some are bugs and some are enhancements needed. Great start but needs work. 1)There’s no way to edit program cleanse days once you defined them or add more if you need to. 2)No way to add shake day or cleanse day info back to 1/22 when my program started 3)No way to edit daily start time on individual days, some days I start at different times 4)No way to change starting weight 5) Need more measurements 6)When adding Isagenix products they should be alphabetized so you can easily find them. 6) need to significantly enhance the fitness capabilities. As a fitness professional I would like to track my 1.5 hours of weight lifting. Rough calorie burn estimates for different amounts and levels of weight training, etc. That’s all I can think of for now.
CatLadyInTheMaking,
Good start. Room for improvement.
A review from a year ago had some great enhancement suggestions that still haven’t been implemented, which is disappointing.

I downloaded this app mostly for the shake and cleanse day schedule - I’m not an active BV customer, but I decided to do a 30-day system to jumpstart myself. Checklists are my jam and I can’t find any other nutrition apps that will allow me to input a schedule like that.

I’d love to see modification abilities:
- ability to change the start time for each day instead of the program as a whole.
- add an end time and adjust schedule automatically in accordance. My days can start at 6am and go to 10pm. With a 6am start, it has my dinner at 5pm and that’s not realistic.
- ability to edit set schedule. If I was supposed to have a snack at 9:30am but didn’t end up having it until 10am, I have to remove the auto item from the 9:30am slot and manually add a new item, change the time, and save.
- ability to set reminders for each scheduled food item.
- ability to adjust cleanse vs shake days after program is started. The set-in-stone setting makes it difficult to roll with the punches of life; gives and all-or-nothing, succeed or fail with no margin, feel.

This app not ready for prime time
1) not able to update payment options. My credit card was closed for fraud by my bank. Came to this app to input new cc info, that option is not available.
2) received email from isagenix stating “your pmt was denied.” No kidding! Give me a place on the app to give you the new info and it will go through; otherwise we’re all SOL.
3) went to check app this morning -big red msg “there’s a new update in the App Store - download it to use new features”. Went to App Store - no update available. Clicked on app to open - big red msg again, app unusable. Tried App Store again - no update available. Opened app - big red msg - circular trap of frustration.

I’m done with Isagenix until they can supply the technology necessary to be useful. Keep trying my old payment info, no skin off my nose!
AmisKay,
Good app - works great, could use a couple improvements
Bugs listed by others previously seam to have been resolved. I download this jan 2019 and I’ve never had any problems with bugs in the app.

Love that the app shows macros! Most other apps charge to see that. I like that it’s almost the my fitness pal app but tailored to people doing iso and that they automatically incorporate the basic products. Also LOVE that I can edit my auto ship in the app, that is the best!

I wish they would incorporate the scan option like my fitness pal has. It makes adding food super easy, and because of that I am using my fitness pal still for most food and just using the IsaLife app as a checklist.

Also I really wish there was a way to add items to what shows up every day. Like the vitamins or other isa products people are using regularly. It would be nice if we could customize the “schedule”, it would really help me not forget anything.

Other than that the app is pretty awesome for helping track things with isa!

Several Bugs in Basic Features
This app is a great concept, but in reality it is hard to use and very limited. I’ve only had it a couple of days and already have found that it pales in comparison to just about every app I use. It’s majorly hard to delete a food once you’ve entered it, and sometimes it won’t delete at all. You can’t adjust times on a daily basis; the times are set and you can’t vary them from day to day. It seems you have to jump through too many hoops to enter a food. I am really excited to start using Isagenix as I know several who have had major success with the program. I just wish I could easily enter and track my food without so many limitations. I might start using my Fitbit app and forget this one. Too bad.

Needs Improvement
The app is a good checklist for remembering when to eat/drink what, but that’s about it. I was sorely disappointed to discover that there is no way to track progress over time. Isagenix is missing a big factor in successful and long-term weight loss by failing to show progress. I have to track my weight/measurements elsewhere to be able to keep a running tally and that is redundant. The promos for the app talk about being able to set goals, track progress, etc, but once you do the initial set up and start the program, there’s no ability to change anything. I can’t even find what my starting weight was anywhere in the app. Needs serious improvements to really be all they claim it is.
Losing Weight and Patience,
Not user friendly
I use it everyday and I should go to another option. Basic iPhone calendar or a spreadsheet may be more user friendly. Changing the daily routine is impossible and doesn’t match my schedule. The snack/shake/food items can’t be opened to adjust times, but must be searched and entered. When changing a time, you need to click “done” to keep the time. “Add to checklist” reverts it back to the time of your last post or to the time of the “add entry” chosen to do the search. Setting doesn’t provide a spot to change a password. Apple Pay link doesn’t work. Unable to change credit card or add a secondary. Password access “expires” daily when using fingerprint option and need to key password.

The program for weight loss is working, but the app is horrible.
jrsloane1,
Not a fan of this app.
I would really like to able to see a graph of my starting measurements and the progress to my current measurements. Not just see the most recently entered measurements. I neglected to write down my starting measurements somewhere else at the start of my program assuming I’d be able to see all my progress.

The shopping cart feature doesn’t let you edit the contents of a Pak. I had to go on the website on my laptop to do that.

The checklist is weird. Searching for foods is glitchy. The database seems small. Not all items I scan are found in the system. And I can’t seem to make my own entries. I prefer using another app to track my calorie intake; I seem to have much better results than when I use the IsaLife calorie recommendations.
