philly_jen,
EXACTLY what I was looking for!!!
I hardly write reviews - but after just one day I am compelled to write a review for this app. It works EXACTLY how I was hoping it would and it is exactly what I was looking for to track my meal times. I’m trying to eat every 2-3 hours. Not only does this allow me to set how many times I want to eat/day, it allows me to set the intervals down to the minute and it automatically adjusts the remaining meal times based on the actual time I end up eating. AND you can edit the meal time if you eat on time but then don’t have the chance to click it on the app, or, if, for example, you eat at 1128 but want to make it 1130 to more easily remember you next meal time. Best part - it’s free! Thank you to the creators for making such a simple and effective app
Maple Heights Ohio,
The GOAT
When I tell you this is the simplest app but also the Greatest Of All Times app - it is. I’d been off my game with fueling my body on a consistent basis throughout the day. I just needed a reminder to eat, nothing fancy just a pop up on my phone. I found this Gem after trying a few others and this is hands down the one. Best feature to me - you can adjust your eating time on the fly and it adjust the rest of your eating times automatically. I love it because I don’t always eat right at noon. So if I eat at 12:30 instead, when I click eat at 12:30 (instead of noon) it adjust all the times that follow. Thank you so much for creating something simple yet so very useful. Cheers!
IdahoUnicorns,
Wonderfully functional and simple
This app is almost perfect in its designed functionality and allows me to easily set reminders to eat according to my own schedule with one click of a button. My favorite features are that it automatically calculates my remaining meals based on when I actually eat a particular meal and that I can easily add extra “meals” on a one off basis. BUT…I wish that It integrated with my Apple watch so that I could respond to a reminder with a “Eat Now” response or something similar. This would take this app from awesome to SPECTACULAR!

Great app
I, too, like several others who’ve post - am on the Optivia meal plan. This app was recommended to me when I started a few weeks ago and love it. I’m in complete agreement with the suggestions made by others about being able to log what was eaten, being able to track water intake, and adding the “eating now” to the Apple Watch format. One other request I have is being able to remove a meal time. For example, I added extra meal times, but found I didn’t need them - but can’t see how to remove them. I don’t need to get alerts for these extra times since I’d gone to bed.

Simple but Crucial App
I do DIY Optivia and I credit this app for my success on this way of eating. There is no way that I could have kept track of my eating times (every 2.45 hours) on my own. I also love the weigh-in feature that shows me where I began. The only tweak that I would love to see on that side of things would be the date of my weekly weigh-ins. Unless I am totally missing something, I see week 1-now 36 😊. I would love to see the actual date as well so that I could pinpoint potential problems or achievements.

Never worked!
The theory is great, but I couldn’t get this thing to work right! At first, I couldn’t figure out why I was setting the times on this every single day, and then I realized there was a morning notification you have to tap first to get it going. Then some
days I’d get the morning reminder and some I wouldn’t (like today). I also wish it gave you more than just an hour after wakeup for your first meal. What if you have an hour workout at the gym? You’re still likely to have to drive home and shower before you eat breakfast! I’m looking for an app that lets me sets the FIRST time of the morning, spaces out my notifications from there, and simply do that EVERY DAY. I don’t want to have to fiddle with this thing to get it to work. I’m done.

Crash when submitting feedback
This app has crashed three times when I’ve submitted feedback just to try to point out a misspelling. The “weigh-in” records screen are incorrectly labeled “weight-in”. Just trying to help but the crash won’t allow me to report so submitting this way. Thanks-

Easy to use otherwise, just wish it allowed me to customize how long after a missed meal that it allowed me to tap for completion instead of turn to an “x”. I give myself up to an hour after reminder but the app does not and I have to reconfigure throughout the day.

Thanks!

I’m a diabetic 2. CKD it’s common among diabetics. ( CKD means chronic kidney disease) I now have chronic kidney disease and it is a lot too understand what types of food I may or may not eat. You might think spinach is OK, but it has pure in something that I can’t have because of my kidney failure. So now I am working to keep my hunger at bay myI sugars evenly balanced by eating small meals every 2 1/2 hours. I am hopeful that this schedule wii provide the eveness that I desire in my blood sugar. This app helps remind me gently but persistently that it’s time to eat. The only thing that could make it better would be suggestions of what to eat.
Count Borkula,
Aggravating App
This app drove me crazy. After setting it up I thought I’d be good to go and keep my eating on track. On day two I was surprised to realize that it hadn’t given me any warnings that day. That’s because you have to start it EVERY DAY. I couldn’t for the life of me find out how to make it automatic each day.

Also, the warnings just don’t stop from tapping on my watch or from the notification screen. You have to unlock your phone, open the app, and then tell it to stop. This is fairly maddening.

After putting up with it for less than a week I’ve deleted it. Apps and notifications are supposed to make getting things done easier, not aggravating. Now I’m looking for another solution.
