Tracking not working
Installed app to participate in 5k race. Left setting for tracking at default imperial. Started the race and realized that the app wasn’t tracking the race properly. Changed to metric during race but it wa too late. I went 5 miles before the app showed the race completed. I really don’t care about my race time but if it is important to you make sure you set the tracking correctly before the race.

Great app for all athletes
This app will be a game changer in the running industry! It interfaces with the ItsYourRace platform for registration and results, and it also supports training using GPS. Other features available for training, challenges, live racing and virtual racing. It’s also great for cycling, walking, and other fitness areas. I encourage everyone to download this app and start using it.

Glitched and added miles, then completely cut out and my race was lost.
I used this app to complete the virtual Bataan Memorial Death March, which is 26.2 miles and it took us between 9 and 10 hours to complete. First the app glitched during the event and added miles to my and my husbands tracking. Later his app completely shut off and his race info was lost — I told him don’t worry I still have mine but lo and behold when I got to the end of our event I found that mine had shut off as well. Luckily we were also using a Garmin and an Apple Watch. I will never rely on this app!

Functionality
Though I’m registered for my race, the app does not recognize me. Each time I enter the app I have to choose between the “First time/used it before.” Then I have to search my race. Then I get the blue register button though I’m registered and paid. Then I click Tracker and am asked each time to select between 5K/20mi. Finally I can click Use App. I then Start Race and though the app measures time, it does not measure distance. At the end, there is no way to save your race other than pausing, which doesn’t save it to your group. What am I doing wrong.

Great App
New to this app, but not pace trackers. I found the app to be user friendly and reliable unlike many apps out there. For event administration, it was extremely helpful and allows for automatic reporting of your results which I thought was pretty cool. One less thing to deal with!

Great app for virtual races!
I wasn’t sure about signing up for a virtual race, but this app helped to make it feel like a “real, in-person event.” I loved the tracking feature and the ability to send my results in instantly. Great app.

Very user friendly
Used this app for our teams virtual race last year and it was very easy to use and navigate.

Terrible user interface
Lost data using resume feature. Should be able to save and exit and start a new race when tracking multiple races. Instead of saving data it restarted and I had to manually enter. Also upon sign in it should drop you to a landing page with your races instead of a search page.

Lack of Customer Support
After registering for a race through the app, I’ve continued to have issues with the race syncing with the app. It doesn’t pop recognize I’ve registered for the race even though I’ve ensured the emails match. I’ve contacted customer support on multiple occasions with not so much as a response or acknowledgement of receipt. Nothing is more frustrating that being ignored.
