Poor class alert system
The alert system needs to be made more robust and loud. I didn’t get an alert for a class today and missed a class.

It could use some upgrades.
I do think this app is good for adding 1/2 hour time slots, and adding additional hours to your schedule. Would just like to have alerts back. Never get an alert for class in the last 4 months. Do not like the new cancellation request update- it was easier before it was messed with. Now the cancellation system doesn’t even make sense on the app.

Very glitchy
Great for the convenience but a lot of the features don’t work correctly or on time. I’ll get notifications for chat responses hours if not days after the actual chat has ended and recently, every time I try to enter the helpdesk portion my app immediately crashes so it’s not helpful to contact support.

It doesn’t push notifications until you open it, then you get all of them at once. Now it just crashes immediately upon opening. Shame because if it worked it would be very useful

The app is not working.
When I open the app is prompts me to download a new version, but it’s downloaded from the browser and not the App Store. Apple gives a message saying this developer is not trusted and I cannot open the app. Please give access to the old app or make sure the new one can be downloaded.

I get my alerts but they are dismal; need more (actual) bells and whistles.
More importantly, the booked and scheduled classes displayed on the app, often do not correlate to the actual/real-time schedule.
This bug is REALLY bad...but the two issues together make this app worthless to me as a teacher that strives to stay sharp and remain professional.
