But I just read the lead review on the app page, which says “all the reviews” that report this app is DOA or “crashes” or just plain doesn’t work “are 100% wrong!” Little lady, just because it worked on your device, doesn’t make ALL the “horrible” reviews “wrong,” let alone 100% wrong. We are happy the app works for you, at least that gives us hope it’s working for somebody. But to lead with an immature and insulting “positive” review that mischaracterizes so MANY negative reports of your app, it does not speak well or show your organization in an ethical, professional manner. A responsible tech organization WELCOMES negative, constructive feedback. Its how you earn trust and an authentically trustworthy reputation for your brand. I am hoping you can show that to us in all your interactions with your customers.
