When updating the app, the photos that are downloaded within 30 days will stay on the app. If there are photos downloaded older than 30 days, the app will suggest ask you to archive the photos to local storage. Users can either select Yes to proceed or No to delete those photos.
The cameras that were supported on the previous App will continue to be supported on the new app.
If users log out and re-log into a different user account, the photos that were downloaded from the previous user's cameras will be deleted. The photos that were 'Saved' to the local storage will not be deleted.

Take photos issue
I lost animals due to the app not working properly. Half the time I use it anymore It does not have half the options it should have. The button that allows me to close the gate or take photos, etc. last night it didn’t have the close gate or the take photos option. I closed the app and reopened it and the take photo was gone still. This is frustrating seeings how there’s a lot of money spent on this system. I’ve yet to be able to have the take photos now option.

Someone needs to write a notification alert tone setting into the apps functionality. If you aren’t awake and staring at your phone you never know a picture was taken because the notification is silent. It’s a big flaw for someone who’s trying to get some shuteye and not stay awake all night watching the phone.

I use this camera 2 months out the yr
Its not a plug and play. You have to reinvent the wheel every time you pull it out. I like the old way that doesn’t involve a third party on a dang trail camera

Thoroughly disgusted. No notifications unless I open app and check. There is no need for app. Keep hearing update is coming but they keep taking my money with no results.
