Amazing App!!
I have been looking on iTunes for an app like this, many failed attempts though, But this app is the real deal!
It has the chord progressions which you can change, remove any instrument or vocal to your liking. Then you can save it to a playlist for performing live. I can’t wait to try this in a live setting, I don’t have to deal with the drama of a band. Although I might hire a singer. And have more venues to play too.
My only gripe with this app is the sample tracks should be longer, maybe 30 seconds or a minute?
The app is free and you can try it out, you only pay for the tracks you want to buy. Play one gig with this and you already have all your money back...Start Jamming!!

Good app but needs a few changes
So I’m pleased with the app so far but would like to see some changes. I wish that you could move songs around in your set list, I’ve tried seeing if there was a setting for this but I have to manually set up a set list and find the song in my favorites to move it. Maybe it’s just user error but like I said I’ve tried everything to make this easier. I would like to see guitar diagrams it keeps saying they are coming but I’ve yet to see them. I would also like to be able to go in and set macros for changing my play settings i.e. setting up a footswitch so I can push play without having to use mouse or touch the screen. Also I notice that at times it will play a song but it’s still stuck on the previous screen and I’ll have to exit out and restart it. But overall it does what it says. Wish they would add a more songs to work with this. I wouldn’t recommend using this live unless you recorded it using a DAW and the playing back as it does glitch from time to time.

Some good & some bad
The good: tracks are pretty high quality, and some have different styled versions, which is good. Also, you only have to pay for tracks you want, and you can preview portions first.
The bad: jazz coverage is weak. A few classics, like “All Of Me” we’re represented multiple times but a lot of the standards were missing. Also browsing for just the Jazz items was difficult, there is a Big Band playlist, but that had a lot of rock stuff in it. And Big Band is not the whole of Jazz by any means. Other than searching by name I couldn’t see any other way to find stuff, as the Jazz tunes seem to be buried, what’s there anyway, making it needle in a haystack time.
But it has a few gems, “In The Mood” Andrews Sisters style allows you to mute each of the three vocalists individually, and most of the instrumentals are pretty nice sounding, seems a cut above the Midi-player style of backing. For me it’s probably useful for a couple of tunes, and that’s about it for now. Maybe they’ll add more later.

Great for solo musicians looking for a full sound
I use this app to beef up my sound when performing alone especially since my piano playing is more of a supporting instrument rather than a solo instrument. Therefore, having a drum track that I can follow and a bass and string tracks to fill out the sound makes my shows much more interesting! Plus I can do songs I used to avoid because I now have all the instrumentation I need to make that possible! The vocal tracks could honestly be better recorded and some of the instruments sound a little off but otherwise this is a great app and I’m giving it all its flowers for carrying my performances!

Awesome app it just needs one thing
I love this app very much except for the fact that there’s no way to actually edit a song’s arrangement ? That’s the only reason I gave it a four star rating. I would like to be able to customize the song by maybe taking out or muting an instrumental section and then have it automatically go to the next section of the song. The way it is now, you have to play the arrangements the way they are. Can you please help us out with this on a future update? Thanks so much! Jimmy C

I could love this app but!
I’ve been looking for an app just like this! It lets you remove any instrument or vocal parts you’d like to remove, original master recording style! It uses a labeled mixing board so you can adjust at will! Perfect! Of course the music is not original artist so it’s hit or miss but overall it’s pretty spot on… my only problem is the billing. I don’t like monthly fees especially since I am just a casual user and don’t use it much… so I can’t use it! I won’t pay for something I’m not using! They use to sell packages, so many songs at a one time flat rate, then you own them and can use them whenever. That was better because it wasn’t an endless reoccurring charge. Hope they can work that all out.

Great, but needs improvement on glitches
The app is great!You can control just about every instrument, every back up singer, lead singer, whatever you need to do! This includes rhythm, and how high or low you want the instruments to go. However, I have found myself with silent songs. What I mean with that, is that I have purchased the songs, yet they are not playing anything. Some of them are playing, but not all. That’s the only reason I gave it a four-star, otherwise I would give it a five. I hope that this gets fixed fast, just for the purpose of this up being so cool before, and I would love that to be back the way it was!

Havin the time of my life
Endless possibilities if you like to jam. With a little tweaking you could create your own karaoke show for musicians and singers. They hit a home run with simplicity. The beauty is key changes and tempo changes. Love that you can silence any track. A great improvement to this app would be the ability to loop smaller sections. If your not sure download this app and try some of the free songs. Plus all songs can be previewed before you decide to buy. The more you spend on credits the price per song goes down. Enjoy!!!

Awesome app
This is an awesome app!! I use it whenever I practice and with the band when we are learning a new song! I like how we can connect to our gear and you can play along with the song. The only draw backs are the lack of songs which is understandable since this is a newer app, we will be looking forward to the upcoming new music. The other is the down load time. You don’t want to be in a hurry while downloading it take quite awhile even with a high speed internet. Hopefully that can be fixed as this app grows. Other than that this is an awesome app and well worth the time to get and use. It’s a very good tool for a musician or a band! Thanks guys!

Amazing app
This app is amazing, that backing tracks are solid and professional. Excellently made! Lyrics and chords scroll through, repeat sections, solo etc. these guys thought of it all. Must’ve been made by musicians. The only thing I would add is the ability to arrange the order in which songs are played when creating a setlist. That’s the only reason I have it 4 stars otherwise it’s was definitely worth investing in the songs. If you’re someone that works musician or to even have fun playing at home I would definitely recommend!
