Problem
Well I was having fun with it, but then I get to level 28 and I can’t advance any further I am not receiving any more stars to go on any more dates and I can’t get my lvl up bar to register all the orders I filled. I bought it thinking it was that was the issue. Nope still can’t lvl up. I am now in the garage but can’t lvl up passed 28 and am not receiving any stars to go on my dates or see my friends. Will this issue get fixed and can I get compensated and by compensation I mean will my lvl raise to the correct level without me having to fill any orders and will my stars be there without any extra work for them? I would recommend but not until these bugs are fixed. Love the outfits though and the story lines the problem with the story lines is they kind of stop abruptly after a certain level and I would like to be able to go through the stories with the original three choices that they had before. That happened before I stopped receiving stars and leveling up. Thanks I enjoy the game and would love to finish it.

Good game, too many ads.
Ultimately I’ll end up uninstalling this game. I liked the stories and choices more than I thought I would. The choices are nonsensical so you can’t determine which choice is correct but so far there’s no penalty for getting the wrong one. You can always rechoose. Which is good. And they’re funny a lot of the time anyway. The decorating and merging(which I was initially interested in) is fun and feels satisfying. But the ads are soooo much. And you cant just skip and close the ad. It also always brings up the App Store page for the ad and the “no ads upgrade for $7” page you have to close too. So youre pressing 4-5 buttons in different areas just to get back to the game. And it happens so much. Like every couple minutes, every other time you switch screens, or after completing orders. It’s just way too much and feels sooo pushy. I just started and it’s not unplayable but I have a lot of patience. Avoid if you can’t stand constant ads you have to click like 4-5 times to get out of to get back to the actual game, several times, every time you play. I guess unless you wanna pay $7.
I’m kinda sad because I downloaded this on a whim and I liked it more than I thought, but I don’t usually spend real money on apps and this feels too greedy so I don’t really want to spend $7 to get rid of them. There are other games I like enough invest my time in to pass on this one

I’m pretty disappointed, and I don’t think I’ve ever done a game review… I’m glad I didn’t put actual real money into the game this week like I almost did… so I’m in the level 30s, and my game wouldn’t for some reason give me energy after being off 8 or more hours I would still be at 0. It’s been stuck for 2 days now. And I sent in a support message. I get no response. So I decided ok give it a day. Today guess what still 0 energy and stuck at a 14 min countdown that’s not even counting down for energy… so I’m mad. Especially during the butterfly event. Ok I decided I wonder if I can fix it if I just delete the app and redownload it. Ok I did that…. I’m not even kidding I’m back at level 1… sent another message to support. If I don’t get my account back I’m taking my service else where. Because I literally almost put money into it this week. And I worked my tail off for that level and by watching your advertisements to just play! So fix it please otherwise I have to leave it at this review and rating and taking my services somewhere else.. which I hate to do because I did enjoy this game especially with an advertisement every few min.

LOVE this game but..
It has been glitching so badly over the past month. There used to be no bugs and the game ran smoothly but it’s been almost impossible to play recently. I have to exit and enter back into the app in order to get back to normal gameplay (like if I go to the store, the exit button doesn’t work and I have to get out of the app and go back to get back to the main game). The basketball event also does not work at all since the hoop is not on the board. I just get the basketballs and have to keep selling them because there’s nowhere else to put them. It’s a bit disappointing since I really like the game but it gets tiring to exit and re-enter the app every time it freezes.

Like this game is amazing I love it it’s addicting but like after I got to the study one it didn’t give me the special things I needed to merge to finish task and I might get rid of it cause starting to frustrate me like the coffee station and other ones didn’t wanna like give me like the things to merge and I just came to check the app and saw that it needed to be updated I updated it and it took everything I had like the makeup bag with the brush and soap also the orange red bag that had the clothes and shoes and the coffee station and the fruit basket and the pie one and like the task ask for things I can’t even merge and its getting annoying i dont know if it’s gonna be like that for everyone or if it’s just me and like I barely give my opinion but like i dont know if the people in charged of the game can see what’s wrong and somehow I wish I didn’t update it and sorry for my review sorry it’s long and hope whoever downloads it doesn’t have this same issue later on the game. 😶😅

Last level takes the fun out of this game.
I LOVED this game when I first started playing it. I couldn’t stop playing it, it was addictive. In about ten days I reached to the last decor stage. In all the other stages, the improvements were reasonably priced. With a good amount of game play, you could get through a room in one or two days. Every room was like that. IN THE LAST STAGE, the money you make from matching drops to 1/4 the amount from the other stages!! ON TOP OF THAT, the amount to do ANYTHING increases to $2500!!!! So you are using ALL your energy, making MAYBE $400 in hours worth of play, so you are only able to make ONE improvement every two days. At this rate, for the last stage, it’s going to take 10-20 days to complete. It has become extremely boring at this point, to play for hours and barely see any progress. Programmers, why did you do this???? You ruined the game.

Lacking in gameplay/rewards in higher levels
I really enjoyed the game when i first started playing, however as I’ve gotten to level 37/Study remodel, the rewards and gameplay just aren’t as satisfying as before. Each item in the study has required at least 7000 bucks to fix. Since reaching the backyard, I no longer get pikpok or bonuses other than (a very low amount of) bucks and gems. The date scenarios are now broken up into three parts, with only one choice per part, so the stories are boringly dragged out. Each part of a scenario is around 7-9 stars so it takes forever to complete a storyline. We have generators that are never utilized. The fun feels like it’s been taken out of the game which is a real shame, because i was having such a blast when I first started playing. I hope there’s a revamp/more events and proper bonuses in the future

Loved it! But glitches
I absolutely love this game! I have been constantly playing it for weeks and I enjoy it a lot! But once I hit level 37 my energy bar glitched out and now it does not refill, making it so I can not play the game unless I pay for more energy through gems. The energy bar no longer refills on its own which is very upsetting. Please try to fix this so that I may continue playing this amazing game? Also I have an issue with how much it costs to work on rooms now that I am in the study. It now costs about $10,000 cash to renovate when completing requests mostly only give a few hundred in reward. Please also give more requests for more money to compensate. Thank you for your time and I hope to see some improvements, I really do love this game ❤️

This game is so broken
I started playing this awhile back and I started getting problems in the game that was never solved. My season pass was bugged and couldn’t progress before this season pass. Submitted a report and it never got looked at. And this new pass that came out bugged my game even more. Instead of taking 2 minutes to regenerate 1 energy, IT NOW TAKES 15. I thought at first if I uninstall and reinstall the game, it would help fix itself. But now I just lost all of my progress and now it’s forcing me to start over. And I made sure I was following Facebook and instagram. And there are way too much ads, felt this way even when I started playing this game. Very bad broken undeveloped game that you should not waste your time and any progress you make in the game

Getting worse.
I had an issue where I straight up couldn’t move on in the game. I put in a ticket a week or so goes by no response. I put in another ticket nothing. I happen to get a rocket to solve my problem and be able to move on… now everything is expensive the decor, cleaning. No longer get free cash everyday. The stories used to take you through the entire part now it does a third. I think their response to my ticket was to give me 15 of the max makeup which sells for $6 and doesn’t help at all other than fill up spots that could be used to merge items. This was a great game when I started and I was spending money on small items. Don’t waste your time. It will be unplayable once you reach a certain point and you will regret spending time on it.
