True Fun

I really enjoy this game ….it is my go to game for whenever I a have to wait ( Dr. office, Airport etc)…..except when it freezes up and I can’t get into it….I am on level 17__ with 24__ stars….I have tried for 3Days now and still nothing…..I now have to delete the game and start all over again….this will be the second time I have done this….this is how much I like the game but not acceptable…..thank you for listening…..
PS….. do like the short ads….

Freeze at high levels.

I like this game and find it enjoyable, but twice I have had to delete and reinstall it. Yesterday, I was at level 3557 with 10,000+ coins when it just froze and I could not get back to the game screen even after shutting down & rebooting. This is the second time this happened. Why have your game advance to these levels if your system can’t handle it? Please expand your coding staff if necesssry.

Great game, BUT

I have loved it from day 1. Im at level 949. Run out of moves? Use 90 coins or watch video. Now, you watch a video to get 3 moves but then it’s taken away, you don’t get the 3 moves and either you have to use your 90 coins or start the level over. I’ve enjoyed the game very much but will now be deleting it just because of this issue.

Love

I love that each level has a fun little challenge but it never really gets hard. I’m in the 200s for level and it’s still really fun to play. I hate other match 3s that keep getting harder and you feel like you need to buy extra features to pass a level. East is the selling point to me when I just want some mindless fun!

I would give this game a higher review if…

UPDATE: after over a week of of the problem starting (below) and requesting technical support, nobody has bothered to contact me. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game but of course, I am back to level 1 all coins and boosters are gone as well. ——————— This is a fun game but for the past few days I have not been able to play it because most of the buttons have disappeared. This morning when I checked, two rewards came up but I could not claim them because the “claim” button didn’t work.

Love this app but need help

This is so much fun to play! I highly recommend it. I went to play it just now and saw that I had won!! With all of the tools ins row. I hit the wrong thing instead of Claim and lost the screen! It showed me the screen when I pop on each day. Please help me to claim my prizes. Thanks so much!!

I really like this game

I have gotten to level 2,536. But I had to restart several times because it would freeze. The big irritant is that the adds freeze. The only way is to shut down device and reboot. I am reinstalling this game because it is challenging and I really like it when it works.

What happened to the other power ups?

Really love the game but I’m not going to buy extra moves and have to buy more just to win especially if that’s not possible. Plus the ads in all the new game apps are ridiculous. I’d rather buy the game.
There are several other game apps like this but they’re easier
to win. I’ve made it up to 3,000 plus more and that’s certainly more fun.

Lately very glitchy

I have played this game for months but the last month the game has closed for no reason and had frozen screens. Today the frozen screen issue happens on opening and will not reset with with closing or even deleting app and adding back. Please look into this!

Frozen

I am at a very high level, and it just freezes, and I cannot play. I do not want to get rid of it and bring it back and start all over again help!
