Not enough people yet in my area yet.
I legit can’t even really test the app since I only had 4 people within 20 miles have a profile. Setting up my profile though and looking at the profiles I could see made it nice and easy. The prompts given to everyone to use were plentiful and good enough to force people to actually write something really interesting about themselves. I even got to read one of the chicks went skydiving. Plus the puzzle feature. Whenever you post a pic of yourself, a small jigsaw puzzle covers your face. I’m used to Tinder so I didn’t care much, but the puzzle pieces come from their pics the more you talk to them. So what I’ve seen. The app is really well done. Just personally for me, in my area, there just isn’t enough people using the app.

Love the app
I let the team know an issue I was having with my app and they were so sweet and generous and offered me a week of jigsaw+ I think this app is by far my favorite “meet people” sort of app. I love the concept of not knowing what someone looks like until you get to know them at least a little bit the only thing I really don’t like is that after a while people expire and you need the jigsaw+ for “forgiveness” and that really is frustrating because people have lives and they get busy and sometimes we don’t have time to check the app to see if we have a message let alone respond I feel like that feature is pointless and can ruin a lot of potential relationships. But other than that the app is FANTASTIC. I had to redo my previous review because the problem was solved lol
Oh another thing I would like to suggest is making a go back button because I’m constantly hitting the pass button on accident while trying to read the profiles.

I don't understand why this app punishes you for not talking 24/7 to your match, especially when you can't even see their face yet. I hadn't checked my app in a few days and noticed that one of my matches had expired. Now Jigsaw wants me to pay for a subscription in order to recover the match. The paid version offers a feature that says "Give them a second chance" as if you didn't work out, which isn't true at all. We had an ongoing conversation and it was moving forward fairly well. We just both have lives outside of the internet.
I enjoyed the concept of the app overall but being unmatched truly drove me away. With this being a newer app, Jigsaw should not be blocking you from people in such a short amount of time. This will just drive users away, IMO. I understand if the app unmatches you when there is no communication at all after matching, but if you have an ongoing conversation, it doesn't make sense that your conversation went "downhill" and you should be blocked forever from them.

Married to My Best Friend
My husband and I met about 9 days after we started talking on this app. We met in a cute small town downtown for dinner, drinks, and dancing. We clicked so quickly and stayed out as long as possible before heading home our separate ways… and then continuing to text all night. We’ve been inseparable since.
And it started here. Being able to focus on who he is and not nitpicking arbitrary things allowed us to be so open with each other. And we didn’t have to spend the first 10 messages talking about physical features and things in each other’s pictures. We were able to jump right in to who we were and actually find out that we connected on so many levels.
I recommend this app to all of the single people I know. If you’re looking for a real connection, you should try here.

App bugs
So I actually really enjoy the app, but I’m experiencing a bug that’s causing me to be unable to access anything on the app other than the page to send matches. I tried deleting and redownloading the app and when I did this it kept me logged in when I reinstalled, but it’s telling me to join now and won’t give me any options to navigate to other areas it just pulls up the jigsaw premium page(which I can’t afford). This is the second bug I experienced the first was that I couldn’t access the messaging, but that was fixed almost immediately. However, I can’t even access the section to report a bug and get it fixed. Any help would be awesome thank you! If I have to pay to view my messages on this app I will be leaving. Loved the initial concept but making it to where we must pay to do anything is ridiculous ESPECIALLY SINCE YESTERDAY I COULD ACCESS LITERALLY EVERY PART OF MY ACCOUNT. IF YOURE GOING TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU SHOULD SEND OUT AN UPDATED TERMS OF SERVICE. I didn’t agree to pay for play. This isn’t ppv it’s a dating app. Have the day you deserve jigsaw team.

It’s was an interesting concept
Figured I’d give this app a try after seeing an advertisement for it. At first I really liked it, as people seemed more conversational and responsive than they usually are on dating apps, but as time went up on I started to have my suspicions that the majority of profiles might be fake/bots. The app is also not very big at the moment, so depending on your range you may swipe on everyone in your area in all of about 4 profiles. The final straw for me came with their recent update where they changed their user interface to where it would appear as if you are no longer to “swipe left/turn profiles down”.
I might consider trying again in a few years when the app is more developed, but for the time being, I don’t think it’s worth subjecting yourself to as a male.

Not Your Average Dating App
To start off, yes you will need to pay! With that being said you don’t have to automatically sign up for a month subscription but you can always try the week subscription. The app is still growing but the individuals I have been able to connect with are very different than those on other apps. It’s not about the quantity but rather the quality. I’m also not a fan of having to create a full bio about myself but with this app they provide ice breaker questions you can answer. Your potential match will see your answers and can match with you by responding to it. I find this as a fun, more interactive way to get the conversation started!

?? You can’t use any part of the app unless you pay
I was trying to use this app based on the reviews from the App Store but when I went to download it and made my account, it shows me that I have to pay and every time I close out to go back in it shows me the same message that I have to pay in order to use the app. what is the point of saying that some of the features are free when you literally cannot use any aspect of the app because the pay pop-up doesn’t even have an x to close it? This app is unusable unless you pay and why am I going to pay for something I can’t even experience. Like you can’t even see what the Home Screen looks like without the pay popup first. I don’t understand. I’m deleting my account. Waste of time :)

Bait and switch
This app makes it seem like it’s free like tinder, but then it won’t let you match see or do anything past the sign-up page unless you give them money. Overall, this is a app with a good concept just extremely poor execution to the fact that there’s not going to be any active members because you sign up and then have to immediately pay after making an account. This will artificially inflate the amount of users that it shows because you’ve already created an account, but just can’t do anything past that point. Apps like the should be vetted better by Apple so that scammy apps like this can be filtered out. Overall extremely disappointed in the app developers choice on this. I could not test this out because I’m not willing to pay for something that’s obviously a scam.

Needs more development time
Good concept. Was hoping to get back to getting to know people rather than fall to the swipe culture all the other apps fell to. There’s a decent amount of people in my area so it seemed hopeful. I’ve received multiple admires and messages but I can’t access them. I get the notifications but the app shows no signs of it. I feel like I’m missing connections because of a bug in the app. Also, I have pets and I don’t want kids, yet I get shown profiles of people who don’t want pets and either have or want kids. There’s no way to apply filters on these or other attributes. At one point I had an admirer but I was not in an immediate position to respond. When I came back later, this page was blank. Are there actually matches happening here?
