No puzzle app is perfect. That being said, no other app comes close to this one. I’ll list its few deficiencies first: I have never found a puzzle app with interesting shapes; and this one is no exception. The storage of pieces could be better, as there is no extra space to work. I found one app with “drawers’ for various projects, but that one fell by the wayside as the rest, as I kept this one, so I can’t tell you which it is. The absolute draw of this app to raise it well above all of the rest is that the photos are not only beautiful but also FREE. All of them. And there are thousands, from artwork to abstract to anywhere you would want to visit, for instance landmarks, architecture, landscapes, country villages, natural wonders, and historical places, divided into a hundred or so categories. Let me repeat, all free. The ability to change the color of the backdrop is useful to see various puzzle pieces better depending on color and light. The pieces lock into place, as in most apps, but the temporary highlighting as they do is very useful. Of course you can choose any number of pieces, and there are many modes I probably have not explored. In sum, download this jigsaw app and delete all the rest. AAAAA++++ Would recommend!

I have contacted the developers with a problem and I get no response. I was new to iphones and ipads and I had to change my apple id because of a screw-up on my phone. My daughter got it straightened out for me, but in the meantime I lost the 5 puzzles I had purchased on the 1st id on the ipad. I am the same person, same account, just different id. I explained in the contact us section and asked that my 5 puzzles be restored. No response. They are quick to tell you they need ads to keep their app running, what about the users who buy the puzzles? Do we count? I have apple receipts for the puzzles I purchased and told them so. This is really sad as I really enjoy this app a lot. If you are going to have a business don't ignore the folks who help keep it running! There are still a few of us out here who are not tech guru's. The app itself, the functuality, and the puzzles are great, but the support is nonexistant in my case.

While I love this puzzle app and am glad they brought back the 3 free puzzles a day I am disappointed in the latest update which puts the ad banner at the bottom. This banner takes up a significant amount of real estate on the page and actually makes the puzzle itself much smaller. I like puzzles with more pieces but with this new update (which I cannot avoid) makes the puzzle harder to see for those of us who do not have 19 year old eyes. Please move the ad banner back to the right side so I can clearly see my 169 piece puzzle pieces without straining my eyes.

Outlines pieces with blue when connecting or in place, kind of weird. Edge pieces fit border. Ads at bottom. This one shows pic, then faint pic with solved pieces, then just solved pieces. Subscription to remove ads. Too bad, if they had a one-time fee I would consider it. I especially like being able to scroll continuously instead of getting to the end and having to go all the way back. You can also assemble pieces, then move them to the tray temporarily. The other pieces will move over the assembled pieces. This is nice to clear the board while assembling. In View Options, you can disable having the pieces lock in place and more.

Love this, but it freezes every five or so minutes. I wish the pieces were in one line closer to the board so there was room to put pieces aside that you wanted to work on to add later. Sometimes I might want to put all of one item together, but I am not ready to add it to the puzzle…there is no room to do that here. The freezing is the worst thing. However I love the variety of puzzles and having the ad banner makes for less ads which I love! Now for a personal preference…I find it annoying to have to go all the way to the top to click to show the puzzle. That option should be closer to the middle or bottom. Otherwise I am happy!

I LOVE this puzzle program! I have been telling everyone I know about this app, so I wanted to be sure to post my feelings here. I’ve been using various puzzle apps for about 6 years—I’ve tried quite a few, and this is my favorite. Tons of puzzles! I can choose the categories and puzzles I feel like working. I’m never ever bothered with notices or ads asking me to buy puzzles, other programs, or anything. I work puzzles to de-stress, and that freedom is so helpful! Even create your own puzzle is free. Thank you to the developers of this program. I’m forever grateful!🥰

Since last update over the last week, puzzles will close without warning and all the solving that you had completed will disappear. Have enjoyed this app for the last 2-3 years and have found it very relaxing until now. Very frustrating now! This occurred once before last year and since my tablet was older thought it might be the tablet. I have a new tablet now and problem has started again just after the app updated.

Don’t download the new update. Puzzle pieces are small and a lot of space is wasted. Could have missed info on how to make pieces larger. More free puzzles are available again. Really disappointed in my favorite app. The ad is so distracting with activity and flashing. I have tried to work with new changes, but this time my favorite app for at least 2 years and all my paid for puzzles will be deleted

Still the best app around! I have an iPad. I cut a piece of thin card board the size of ad, put small velcro circle pieces on each end of cardboard, turn over and cover ad. Still dislike small work space and wasted space of puzzle pieces. Just for fun I downloaded a 400 piece. Even for excellent eyes get out magnifier

I can always find a puzzle that suits my mood, vary the number of pieces depending on tired I am or not and save multiple puzzles for later. Bright, colorful; monochromatic; heartwarming; bold,dramatic - great variety and just as easy or challenging as I want with easy, intuitive controls. It will be a long time before I get bored with this one! Finally! Thank you! And now even more puzzles with this latest update. Love the folders and the ability to retrieve puzzles more than 6 days old!
