Lack of puzzles
Need help. Use your app on my IPAD. I have played for several months and have accumulated many puzzles. However, recently I had problems and was forced to delete the app. I was able to restore it from the iCloud backup and got back the points I have earned. But now I can only get the first line of puzzles which I completed months ago. I need your help to determine what can be done to resolve this issue. Waiting for your response,

HELP!!! Not happy with app anymore!
Ok so I downloaded this app last year. I loved it, never had an issue with it. Well I stopped playing it due to life having and never having time. I finally got back to it yesterday (bc I really do love it and have missed doing puzzles). Well while I'm in the middle of a puzzle and have to put my phone down (go back to home screen for any reason to exit the app); when I open it back up to resume my puzzle, the pieces in the sidebar disappear. I can't get them back. I noticed this on walkthrough (I haven't been back on till now since that mode was introduced) and then on my normal free mode that has never given me any issues. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now I can't play with the higher piece count unless I have premium. Before I was playing with 384 pieces just fine. I don't want to have to all of a sudden start paying for premium just to have a higher piece count to do as I didn't have to before I tried to fix the puzzle piece disappearance issue. Please fix this as well. Best puzzle app I found till all this happened. Also, I can't find an email to eval the tech support for this app to voice my concerns directly. An email address or phone number would be great. Another addition: I'm also thinking i did purchase premium or something for the 4.99 price last year bc I'm getting the restore option but it won't restore anything concerning that. I've also tried restore purchases.

Final update. App won't let puzzles open
App as great for a few years. Now with exactly 50,000 points accumulated, puzzles won't load and developer doesn't help. Deleted! Ba bye.

Frustrating!
Why can’t I download the “Doughnut” puzzle pack? I’ve tried many, many times and it keeps telling me that’s there is “not enough room on the device!” I successfully downloaded other packs with more puzzles in them so the size of the pack is not the issue!! This makes no sense and it’s very frustrating! What’s going on?? Help!! (By the way, this is the 3rd time I’ve sent this email! A response would be nice). Submitting AGAIN! #4. Submitting fit the FIFTH TIME!! 😖. Submitting for the SIXTH time!! I’d appreciate a response! Ok, this is the SEVENTH time? This is ridiculous!!

Trouble w/latest update
I’ve been using this app for some time. I have enjoyed it and it has a wide variety of puzzles. I’ve accumulated quite a few and was thrilled when the latest puzzles were added. However I have no idea how to access them. I seem to be able to open one at a time and in order. Not only that; but I no longer have the ability to use puzzles already paid for.

I upgraded my phone recently & from that point I started having issues!!! I’ve had this app for well over a year and was one of my favorites! It’s started saying I didn’t dot have enough storage on my phone which I find crazy because I upgraded that as well! So I deleted the app & then downloaded it again the next day well now I have very few puzzles, tried the download previously purchased puzzles nope then it says no internet connection which my connection was fine! Truly aggravated by this because I loved this app, even have other people hooked on it!!!! Miss being able to use it!!!

UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, the ads became available again with no explanation. When you ask me to write more detail, I don’t see how that’s possible, but I’ll try.
I would click on “free coins”, then “+1 Crystal Free” or the “gift”, where usually a short ad plays and I get a free crystal, I got a message saying there were no ads available and to try again later. This happened for over a week before I wrote my original review.

Lost everything
I’ve had this app for a year at least. Started experiencing problems (purchased puzzles not downloading) so I deleted the app and downloaded again. All purchases are gone (restore purchases is not working) AND the puzzle store is completely EMPTY. I only have access to the free puzzles it starts with, which is about 5 groups.
There is no option to purchase puzzles in the shop, like I said the shop is completely empty! Tried deleting app and downloading once again but it’s still the same. I’ve spent a good amount of money on this app over the past year so this is extremely frustrating!!!

Used to be great, now worthless and full of ads
I’ve had this app for over a year, and spent probably close to 100 hours doing dozens and dozens of puzzles over the months. I even used USD$ to buy a few bundles and also paid for “custom puzzles”.
Then in April 2019 they released an “update” that turned this game into a $10/month subscription model. I had to sit through 2x 30 SECOND ads just trying to load into the game and play a single puzzle. I had already spent over $20 on this game, I’m not going to pay another $10/month just to play the content I already paid for, and forcing all the “non subscribers” to sit through A FULL MINUTE of ads to play a puzzle is just a disgrace.
Then in April 2019 they released an “update” that turned this game into a $10/month subscription model.
