Description

Are you one of millions of people in the US dealing with a chronic condition? Journal My Health helps you capture and find patterns with your symptoms -- record your daily living, treatments, and environmental factors and see how they may be impacting your health.

Easily enter your mood, stress, sleep, medications and symptoms into a day. Need more information about that day? Use the notes section to record your doctor's appointments, tests, or other details about how you were feeling that day. Journal My Health can also record weather data from OpenWeatherMap and health data from your Apple Watch and the Health app, or a Fitbit if you prefer, to give you a more complete picture of other factors which could affect your symptoms.

All of this information is charted, so you can visualize how these factors impact your progress. Then you can send this information to anyone on your healthcare team. Take control of your health with JournalMyHealth.

New in this version:
* Capture your activity data from a Fitbit device! Upon activating Fitbit features from the Profile tab (under Health & Weather), you'll sign in to your Fitbit account, and your journal entries will pull in movement and heart rate data from your Fitbit. Note: this will only see data your Fitbit has already sync'ed, though each time you save a journal entry we'll pull the latest Fitbit data. Also, we have only tested on a small number of Fitbit devices so far -- if you activate Fitbit and don't receive any data, please send us a support request and let us know which Fitbit device you're using so we can make any necessary adjustments.
* If you don't have an Apple Watch or a Fitbit, we'll still offer to load any activity data saved to Apple Health, in case you have a different device linked up to Apple Health.

TheresainAK,
Only works with Apple Watch
I like the looks of this app for symptom tracking, but am disappointed to find it will only import activity and heart rate data if an Apple Watch is linked. I can sync my Fitbit data to the Health App, but JournalMyHealth will not import it. Unfortunately this limitation makes it useless to me.
redspook,
Love app but data missing
I am correcting this, changing it from 4 to 5 stars. The rock star support team quickly fixed the problem and now I’m back in business with no data lost! This is the best health data app that I have found, and I’ve tried many.

My last three days of data is missing. I thought maybe I forgot to enter it, so I did it again, and now it’s missing again! Any ideas how to fix this? I love this app, but need something dependable. I would give a 5 star, but missing data caused me to drop a star.
Marc Siry,
Well designed and useful
Great interface for fast and simple recording of ongoing symptoms or issues. I can imagine this will be very useful the next time I see my doctor and she asks, “How long have you been feeling this way?” It will be nice to have actual historical data, and not make a vague, imprecise guess about something so important.
figmentswife,
Helpful tracking for my Dr
I found this app from medicallymaddison on TikTok. I decided to give it a try. I am SO pleased with this app. After only a short time being able to see symptoms tracked to give a better picture to my Dr.s is amazing. I plan to tell my Dr.a about the app to share with other patients. Thank you.
GrayReaper100,
Can’t log in
This app is very helpful with keeping track of my symptoms but I had deleted this app at one point and lost track. I’m trying to log in and it won’t let me. I know my user and password but it won’t sight me in. Is this a bug?
BigWinston,
Data loss
I had been using for around 3 weeks. It’s a good app from a user interface perspective. Easy to use, intuitive, quick.

But I just loaded up to record today and all my data is missing! No sign of it. Need to start tracking again but with a different app this time.
abraham.neben,
Looks good so far, but questions about data longevity
How do you address data longevity? I’ve lost years of carefully gathered personal health/wellness data in apps that have died off after just a couple of OS releases.
Pryn625,
Requires too much personal data
Be aware that just to use the app, you have to allow permission to your health and weather data.
My low rating is based on their data collection policies. I was able to find an alternative app that has no data collection, provides a useful free version and costs less.
G13078,
Nice and simple
I was looking for a simple way to document my health and wellness. I like this app because this is exactly what I was looking for.
