Broken
I use this mostly to check out specs and prices on their motorcycles. It worked great for years. Then it started crashing on launch. That eventually got resolved but it wouldn’t load anything anymore. After more months it finally loads things but it’s painfully slow and renders things on top of one another. So I think this app is finally going in the trash heap even though I much prefer it to the layout of their website.

Can’t log in - Password reset link falls off bottom of screen
Like many other re reviewers, I cannot seem to be able to log in. Worse, the password reset link is at the bottom of the screen. I have to pull the screen up to see the link, but by doing that, I cannot click it.

Login issues
Information is 100% for both email & password; yet, it will not accept… The screen layout is cut off by a lot, only had a little green sliver “submit button” at the bottom & could not access forgot password or etc.

Wish I could leave 0 stars
Just like every single review before mine, I can’t log in so the Bluetooth option on my 2022 bike is now pointless. I paid for the feature I wish I could actually have a app that works in order to use it 🙃.

I see others have the same issue. Need to fix login issue. Don’t need to login to access all features but would be nice.

Constantly Crashing
Own several Kawasaki’s and wanted quick access to information and manuals. Added a bike 3 times, but it never actually adds. Gave up and tries to access owners manuals. As soon as I select “Motorcycle” the app crashes. I hope their bikes are more reliable than their app is

Can’t log in
It was a decent app where you can actually log in and us it. Used to be very helpful when it did work but also crashed and was outdated. Wouldn’t hurt to spend some money and fix it

Can’t sign up
I downloaded the app, but every time I clicked on the link to sign up it would take me to the sign in screen when I don’t even have an account yet. Bottom line is I can’t even sign up for an account.

Same issue as everyone it seems
I can’t even Sign Up to be able to login. Tap Sign Up and it goes to the Sign In page. Come on Kawasaki, why would you put your name on something like this?

App is Broken
Same as all the other reviewers.. even if you have an account already started thru the Kawasaki website you still get a login error message
