Since the revamp of the app it is much better. I still have an issue with the “mark all as read” glitch. They no longer push through to my phone but still show up as unread when I back out of the list.
I have an iPhone XR with IOS 13.7.
I am not a fan of social media. I am on Snapchat and Tonit. No other social media accounts. Tonit is different and it is better. A motorcycle centric social media. What I have noticed lately, and really hope that the developers clamp down on quickly, is people posting political opinions (not related to motorcycle legislation), but more annoyingly are drug related posts. I’ve seen pictures of drugs, drug use, and discussion about drugs. I hope this is policed more harshly by the developers or this will be the downfall of the app. People come here for motorcycles!!
All in all, I recommend this app for any motorcyclist looking to connect with the community.

Few things to say
So just downloaded this and at first was like oh this is neat, found myself wanting more though like a ping system for people nearby like a dating app would have, or more filters to actually see people’s stories near you, seems slightly difficult to do this and connect with those in your area, now that being said was having a discussion with others about this on the main page where you post your stories and the devs straight up hopped into the conversation and said hang on we know it’s wanted and we are working on it (paraphrasing). This to me shows great things to come and the fact that the devs actually read and listen to what people have to say about their product and want to give people what they want, I feel this app has a lot of potential and will get there so I suppose stay tuned for bigger and better things with it. Overall though I love the idea, and the functions it currently provides can’t wait to see updates and added features

Solid platform
Best app for the motorcycle community. If you like to ride and take pictures this is the app for YOU! I’ve had other apps and been on forums this tops them all. You can follow people locally, browse globally, or just look at your followers. I like that people can post their rides so you could see the routes, helps if you are looking for somewhere to go. I meet some pretty cool people from this app. It’s easy to start a conversation because every one wants to talk about motorcycles. I deleted my ig, all I did was post my bike so now I just do it on tonit .
All the app is really missing is stories if it had that it would be lit. When you’re out riding you don’t always have time to upload a video. Also if you post multiple pictures you can zoom on them. Those are my only cons.

New update to the 1 ⭐️ review!
If your read the review below, you will see that initially I was less than impressed. However good customer service it what it’s all about and the crew at Tonit reach out to me. They asked me to explain to them what the problem was and then they told me how to fix it. Just an FYI, the problem was not an app problem at all! It was the zoom setting on my phone. These guys are pretty ok in my book!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 for customer service!

This app is a joke! I think I’m on to something that might be useful & wouldn’t ya know .... as soon as I set it up, it goes right to the features page and locks up. Nothing else after that. I’ve removed & reinstalled it multiple times and it does the same thing every time. All it did for me was waste my time! 100% Fail!!!

A+ on a great app.
I’ve been on the app for about 10 month now and just updated to v.1.58.0
It’s nice to have a platform that is all motorcycle, all the time. It serves as entertainment, education, a place to meet new people. Additionally it’s nice to be able to come into contact with local people and coordinate rides. It’s a great place to find answers to questions in a forum with a lot of experienced riders. Generally speaking most posts and comments I see are respectful without being negative; unlike social media where everyone is an expert on everything and quick to point out your shortcomings. A lot of good ideas and different ways of thinking come about on Tonit. I have experienced some bugs where things don’t update correctly or badges persist after I’ve read a comment, but I suspect it will get resolved eventually. A+ on a great app.

Best Motorcycle centric app out ther
Sure there are groups on Facebook, and other communities have been put together, but this app eliminated most of the downsides of social media. Other apps can track your rides, some even connect you to other riders, but this is a group of riders that focus on the love of riding and family. Some things are still in development, and for that I would rate the app a solid 4, but the community that comes with it pushes it to 5 all the way! The developers are active and are riders as well. The family I have gained has grown exponentially in the past year, and the app has come a long way in the year I have been on it. If your lacking something functional in the app, reach out to the developers. Chances are if it’s not in the works, it hasn’t been mentioned before.

Best Motorcycle social media app
Best motorcycle app to connect with local and state wide motorcycle enthusiasts. Started using Tonit 3 months ago and have connected with local riders and rode on 4 scheduled group ride events. I didn’t know anyone but decided to attend my first event. Folks welcome me and were friendly. So far it’s been a blast! My only complaints, price for full use of this app, and not interested in personal photo selfies. Show us your motorcycles! I would pay for full app service if it was half the the asking price, and I’m pretty sure they would get full participation. I also have REVER but haven’t used it much. REVER doesn’t let you connect with other riders unless you personally know them. TONIT is my only social media app that I use. I don’t have or use Twitter and Facebook.

Hands down the Best app for motorcycle enthusiasts!!
I’ve been on this app for the past couple months or so and just love it ... the people , the features everything about it. This is absolutely no BS no nonsense kinda app with no ads and just pure motorcycle related people and posts. I’ve made a few friends , however never gone on a ride yet from here ... but hands down this is much better and safer than the meetup groups and the other groups out there ... it even has a local tab which connects you to people within your community .and the community champion initiative is first of its kind ... meaning this is not just a virtual thing.. it’s the real deal... let’s go spread some awareness and break the stereotype about motorcyclists .... use it to experience it... if you love to ride you gotta Tonit !!!

Easy to use and has so much potential!
Thank you for providing a platform for people to communicate and express their love for riding. I’m a new rider and this is exactly what I was looking for. Everyone uses social media to coordinate events and find new people to ride with. So far, the app itself has been very easy to use and pretty similar to Instagram in some ways. Like others have said in their reviews, I wish it was a bit easier to find riders based on proximity. As much as I want to publish my own photos and great experiences, I also want to join up with as many others as possible to share the experience. Loving the app so far and I can’t wait to see all of the updates and added features along the way!

My review
So I am on this app daily I was recently invited to a conference and spaced on it and missed out very bummed about that. But I love this app it’s better then using Facebook and the only reason I don’t leave Facebook is cause there’s a few groups on there that have not migrated over to this platform. I like the app a lot but the premium price is just to steep for not really getting much benefits over just keeping the free model. That being said the app is great easy to navigate and interact with locals and whom ever else , if there was a tab to purchase any tonit items stickers , key tags , etc… that would be cool. Great app and I’ve talked to a few people who didn’t know about it and got them into it.
