Don’t know what I would have done without Kegg
After trying unsuccessfully for 8 months, I was feeling so discouraged (especially since my daughter we conceived on the first try), and new I needed something a little more than just the period tracking apps on my phone to figure out what was going on with me. First month using kegg I learned that I was ovulating later than normal, and so my other apps were telling me my fertile window at the wrong time. That first month using Kegg I ended up getting pregnant. Unfortunately we miscarried that pregnancy, and once I got my cycle back, I started using kegg again. Used kegg for a second month, and again, ended up getting pregnant! Currently pregnant with my rainbow baby and so thankful to kegg for all the insights into my body and helping make this possible. The FB group is also so very helpful on interpreting your charts and answering any questions you may have. I cannot recommend kegg enough!!!

Great device, great app, great support
No two bodies are alike and when you have difficulty conceiving it can be overwhelming with all the information out there. Kegg is an excellent tool to have in your arsenal. Maybe you don’t get much cervical mucus, or can’t tell the differences, or have ovulation that occurs before/after the typical fertile window; kegg will help with all of these elements. The kegg support group is an excellent resource too, the moderators give lots of individualized responses and are happy to engage. The kegg app is very straightforward, and easy to use; whole process is only a few minutes out of the day. The longer you use it, the more data the app has to offer personalized insights from the data you provide. It’s a great device and well worth the small investment!

Don’t buy this device
Ok, I hardly ever write negative reviews, but I have to here. The device & the app are absolutely useless. I wish I have read the negative reviews on the FB group before buying. First, it uses a calendar method and nothing else. I can deduct 12-14 days from my last period without paying so much money for a device and measuring myself daily... Second, as others have pointed out, the app is terrible. It doesn’t show any numbers or actually tell you anything about your graph. Although it shows high or low fertility, this is no indication of reality. I missed my fertile window because I was trusting Kegg! Once I put in my next period, the whole fertile window shifted to a completely different place. Guess what, we were trying on the wrong days 🤷🏼♀️. Temps are much more reliable than this guessing game. At least in my case. And let me point out that my cycles are pretty regular. Can’t imagine what this shows to people with cycles all over the place. All of the advertising around this device is so misleading, I can’t even 🤦🏼♀️.

Apprehensive at first
After being pregnant before and experiencing a miscarriage, I was anxious to try and get pregnant again. I had used apps and other methods that just weren’t personal enough. So when I found the kegg I won’t lie, at first when I bought it I was hopeful but slightly apprehensive on its accuracy. After using it for a couple weeks I contacted support with concerns and questions on using the app and device and a very kind woman name Katherine reached back to me to educate and reassure me on my use and what to expect. I’m elated to say after using it for one month I found out I was pregnant. This device is awesome and the people they have responding to concerns are warm and helpful. Bless this company ❤️

Time will Tell
So far, so good. The app is easy to move around in. The prompts guide you through the steps you need to take to get your reading in for the day. I love that I can use the device at any point in the day. It allows me to workout a time that works in my schedule. The chart can be a bit confusing at first since there aren’t really indicators, but after following along in the Facebook group I think I get the idea. Fingers crossed there is something good in our future and Kegg will help us with that.
It would be amazing if there were tips and tricks that popped up while you are waiting each day for the fertility reading to be complete. Just a fun idea, but not necessary.

Accurate results for over a year
I’ve been using kegg for about 18 months now and I must say that their fertile window predictions are usually spot on. My cycle isn’t always the same length (varies between 29-36 days) but I can tell when I’m in my fertile window because kegg always catches my ovulatory mid-cycle dip.
It takes a cycle or two to get the hang of using kegg and understanding the data but the support in their community is amazing and can help with chart readings. The level of care and thoughtfulness the kegg team gives is very special and I can’t wait to see what else they come up with.

Truly amazing
I bought kegg 6 months ago but didn’t decide to use it until 2 months ago. The data is really eye opening and I now know I’m fertile much earlier than my OPK predicted. The app shows you your test results everyday so I can literally see when I’m fertile. I don’t think there are any other fertility trackers that can do this with such precision. I have irregular cycles but they now feel much more predictable now that I can see when I am fertile. I talked about kegg so much to my girlfriends that all 3 of them now use kegg too!

Rip off - just regular calendar method
After three months of using kegg, it put the same fertile window as the free period tracking app I’ve been using for years. Kegg changes your fertile window as soon as you log your period. I wanted to give them a chance so I talked with support to understand better how kegg works. They gave non-answers, and then I asked the CTO who also didn’t address how cycle length is weighted in kegg’s prediction. I believe kegg populates random stuff for the chart to make it look like it’s high tech and calculating something to try to justify how expensive it is, but it’s really just using the calendar method.
Also all their marketing is about them being a women driven company. It made seem like everyone at the company was a woman. I was surprised to find out their Chief Technology Officer is a man.
It doesn’t matter but it was just another false expectation they set. This whole company is misleading.

Has potential, but is currently pretty awful
I too wish I’d read the app reviews before buying this device. It gives you no data through the app, so is no more useful than checking CM manually. In fact, it gives less information than that because there are no notes about the quality of CM just high or low chances of conception. Additionally, the app is absolutely useless on an iPhone 12. I’m a software engineer and I’d be embarrassed to have this app in production right now, especially after people shell out tons of money for the device. The styles are messed up so the buttons are crammed past the edges of usable screen space. As such, I can’t even view certain parts of the app because I literally can’t press the button. I feel totally ripped off, honestly.

Kegg to the Rescue
I absolutely LOVE that Kegg gives me a better understanding of my CM as that as always been a challenge for me. I never new what it meant to have fertile CM and what the difference was between them all as I go through my cycles. This was not taught in sex ed classes, go figure. Having Kegg take the guessing out of what to look for an when has been a great help to me and I have learned so much! Their Customer Support and FaceBook Team and the best and are always ready to help you understand you chart! I’m hoping for my little bundle soon!
