Simple but effective ❤️
This app is to simple and easy to use. It gives you a plan of what to make for breakfast,lunch,and dinner each day of the week along with a step by step recipe for each meal. It also gives you a list of what foods are good to eat on a kept diet. I haven’t been using this app for very long but I already love it 10/10 recommended. 👌❤️🙃
