The KIRA STOKES FIT app is powered by The Stoked Method created by world renowned celebrity trainer Kira Stokes. The Stoked Method is a science-backed, form-focused, functional flow of movement formula.

Challenge your body with progressive strength, power, and fine-tuning exercises. Use different components of the app to meet goals whether you are looking for daily quick fix workouts to build endurance or for full workouts with a longer time frame. CHANGE YOUR FITNESS GAME
Wow I have nothing but good things to say about this app!! I tried it a few years ago but didn’t fully see myself adapting to Kira’s method because I was stuck in the “always need to lift heavy” mindset- changing it up is key as well as incorporating many different types of movement- which Kira doesn’t fall short of in her app!! But after taking Kira’s classes in NYC I know that her method is the one I will be using for life. I look forward to her workouts everyday and get so giddy to see a new one pop up on the app. She is creative and engaging and motivating beyond belief. Her workouts are meant to challenge you (to change you ;)). Starting out there is nothing wrong with modifying until getting stronger and more stoked!! The varying lengths of videos and workouts keep my days interesting as each day is different so each workout is different. Not all days are the same and not all workouts should be the same! She incorporates staple movements into almost every workout so it is awesome seeing progression in strength and mobility doing those moves. You feel like you are in a class with her when she teaches on the app, and I feel like she’s actually talking to me!! I truly challenge myself each and everyday and look forward to the years to come with being fully stoked!

Love love love love
I’ve been an athlete my whole life, and always loved working out. However, after having two beautiful children close together, and busy with teaching kindergarten, I really let myself get out of shape. Last March, when the pandemic began, I had more time on my hands and started trying all different kids of workouts. I actually injured my shoulder a few times during some of them. In April, I discovered this app because I followed Candace. It has changed my life! I’ve lost over 30 pounds, and I don’t dread working out anymore. I’m actually sad if I’m too busy and can’t do it. Whenever anyone asks me how I’ve lost wait, I tel them about your app. I’ve already had two friends start and love it too! Thank you so much for always being positive and sharing your expertise with us all! Whenever I don’t feel like working out, my husband will tell me “you will feel better after 30 minutes with Kira”. I love showing my kids the importance of keeping yourself healthy. They like to yell at my while I work out and make sure I’m “squeezing my cheeks” 🤣. My last piece....I enjoy when Gary pops on, and how you giggle at him. You too are so funny.

Life-Changing!
I've never been a workout-at-home person. Quite frankly, it's been a long time since I've been a workout at ALL person. After seeing Kira a handful of times on Candace Bure's IG feed, though, I figured I'd give the app a shot. Here were a couple of hot-rockin' ladies in their mid-ish 40s, and although it would take me some work to get there, what was stopping me from having a bod like that, too?!? So... I bit the bullet on the 7day trial, and before it was over, I was hooked!

Kira's supremely profesh! Her guidance is well-timed and precise. Her energy and positivity are buoyant when I feel heavy. She never forgets that some of us need modification. These workouts are TOUGH, but I've never felt defeated, despite being very out of shape. On top of all that, the app features new content and challenges all the time! Seriously - I've only been a subscriber for about a month, and there's been new content added several times since I started!

In a month, Kira and this app have taken me from couch potato to crouching tiger (IYKYK!). My muscles feel like they're lit up like Christmas morning every day! Plus, Kira's spirit is really just a joy and... she definitely influences my attitude each day, in addition to my bod!

100% worth it
I was already working out at home 5 days a week, but I saw the free trial and thought- eh, why not mix it up. I have switched my workouts completely to this app and it wasn’t a hard choice. I love that these workouts make you feel worked and tired at the time- but Kira is 100% right when she says you make your own energy- I am often super revitalized by the end and ready for more! And even though you feel that wicked burning sensation during the fine tuning you aren’t sore the next day. It’s amazing, I’ve got ab lines I never had before and my arms and shoulders look incredible after only my first 21 day program. I’m a week into my second and I’m loving it and feeling so much stronger than I did when my workouts involved more simple strength training and lifting heavy. Don’t get me wrong, you can lift heavy with this app, but I think you’ll find that your own body weight is amazingly challenging as well. I think anyone who feels like they are “fit”should give the app a try (what do you have to lose, it’s a free trial!) and see if these workouts don’t push you in ways other workouts haven’t before.

Great workouts- almost too much to choose from
I like the quality and diversity of the workouts. My only complaint (minor) is that the library of workouts is so extensive that it can be difficult to find what you want/need for the moment. It would be nice if the app included a tab for “recently watched”. Sometimes I’ve stumbled upon a routine I really enjoy; but, if I’m not fast at adding to “my list”, I can lose it and it is difficult to find again. I’m still exploring the app, but I think I would also enjoy seeing more of the quick hit workouts (ex 9 min abs, 10 min arms) that can be stacked into longer workouts allowing for even greater workout customization based upon your time commitment or other workouts from the day.

Enjoy the instruction and educational component of the workouts (good explanation of muscle groups, proper form, etc.). It would be fun to see a session geared specifically to teen girls/athletes. Teens (especially girls) are receiving so many mixed messages about their body, how to prepare properly for athletic events, what is bad stress on their bodies, what is good for overall health and mental well-being, that Kira could fill that gap with a special focus for developing young women.

Amazing instruction, killer workout!
Wow, Kira really knows what she is doing. I followed Kira for probably about a year on Instagram and decided to download her app around 6 months after the launch. I wish I would have downloaded it sooner. I’ve been doing the work outs for around 3 months but this past month have done a workout 5 days a week. At first, I couldn’t do many of the moves for the allotted time and I didn’t dream of trying the hour long works outs. But, with consistency came strength and endurance. And I now look forward to the hour long workouts as an extra challenge. I realized like I’m sure many others, that I was doing a lot of moves wrong. Kira somehow knows (likely from her 25 years experience) just when to say something like “open your chin” or “don’t quit” at just the right time. Her workouts have also kept me pain free after many years of chronic low back and SI joint pain. Thanks to her, I’m now starting to see some abs pop in that have been hidden since my collegiate volleyball days. Thank you, Kira! I hope to take a class of yours one day in NYC! You are certainly someone I’m grateful for!

Let me preface this by saying I 1.) never write reviews and 2.) have probably downloaded and tried (for extended periods of time) every highly rated and “Editor’s Choice” workout app in existence. This one is by far my favorite.

I’m not new to working out and I’ve worked out with multiple trainers in person. It wasn’t until downloading this app and hearing the tips Kira gives throughout the videos to ensure proper form that I realized I was doing some exercises incorrectly. I’ve seen more results from using this app for two months and really focusing on form than I’ve seen working out consistently for months when my form went to the wayside.

I found Kira through Instagram and am honestly glad I did. I used to think I needed a strict, highly regimented fitness routine to see physical changes but the flexibility of this app has proved to be by far superior. It allows you to mix and match workouts so you can listen your body as opposed to doing a non flexible routine that doesn’t allow for days when I feel particularly sore and can’t workout at my best. Just download it. I think you’ll be glad you did.

This app is a game changer, not because it’s an app, but because Kira is an amazing trainer! I’ve used in-person personal trainers in the past and they were tremendously helpful to my workouts and for learning proper form. I’ve been going to the gym without a trainer for years now. Initially, I was skeptical how effective my workouts could be with a trainer in an app, until I tried this one. Kira is motivating, challenging and she creates movements that make sense and that I can do. Her instructions are easy to follow, her sessions are always positive and fun, and she doesn’t shame you for modifications because she really wants you to stick with it no matter where you are in your fitness. These workouts have helped me build up my strength and mobility over time with real, visible results! The physical changes aside, I love her positivity and how she always reminds you that the ability to move and challenge you body is a gift, which we can often forget if we’re over-focused on how we look in a swimsuit. I’m so glad that I discovered training with Kira!

Nothing but love for this app and method!!
I started my ‘Stoked’ journey by participating in the live workouts with Kira hosted by Candace Cameron Bure over quarantine. I knew after the first workout I was I love! I was an athlete all my life, so after going through college trying to re-create my high school sport workouts, I seemed to be in a rut, especially since I wasn’t as active in sports as in high school. My workouts typically resulted in my end-results not being where I wanted, and left me feeling defeated, and quite frankly annoyed because I was putting in the work, but not seeing nor feeling the results.

I already felt so much stronger after the first few “live” workouts with the several different hosts, and now after getting the app, I am able to be fully stoked! I love the mindfully put together workouts. I FEEL so much stronger, which to me is more important that seeing the results: but I am also seeing the results so it’s a win-win! I am excited to continue my stoked journey.

Has changed my body and my life!
Kira’s program is one of a kind, in that it can look different for everyone. I choose what I want to work and how much time I want to spend doing it, and there is a perfect selection of videos to fit. Kira’s energy and cuing make the her program so easy to follow and so 👏🏻 much 👏🏻 fun 👏🏻! I started using this app 2 years ago, looking for something to build strength that I could mix into my mostly cardio routine. It wasn’t long before I realized that this program incorporated everything I needed, and that I could stop killing myself with long runs and hours on the elliptical machine. Kira’s scientifically backed programming has made me so strong, and her positive mindset and encouragement and her community make me look forward to showing up every day. The key to fitness is finding something you enjoy so that it does not feel like a burden. I have found that here, for sure!!
