Customer Support
While I do like this device it is not easy to upgrade the firmware. The customer service is horrible. I. Hindsight I should have spent more money and purchased a Fitbit or Apple Watch. At this point I can not recommend this product. The Kore 2.0 is easy to operate and user friendly but there are issues pairing it to my KoreHealth app. And I’ve been trying for 3 days with no response! Beware!
