Added the ability to set the number of reps and squeeze seconds, particularly useful if you have been using the app for a while and prefer shorter sessions.
- You can lock your workout to your preferred number of reps and squeeze seconds
- Go to Settings and turn Level Up off
- Tap on the Increase Level/Decrease Level button to select the reps/seconds you like
- You can turn the Level Up feature back on at any time by tapping on the Level Up switch in Settings

For new users, we recommend letting the app level up until you reach a session you are comfortable with.

I thought that a paid app would offer more than 1 exercise ( there are more on youtube . ) I also expected at least a basic instructional video but nope . Go to youtube for instruction and set your own timers on your phone .
