Great game
Thank you so much for continuing to produce these games for those of us who love them. I will buy all you can release for iOS. This is entertaining and unique in many ways. I simply cannot say enough about your mini games, especially those with the mazes. I am sure that I will replay this game often.

Very disappointed
I started playing this game, bought it and now it won’t open. I’m maybe halfway through it. I liked it and planned on getting the rest in the series but won’t after this problem happened. There are lots of other games to play (and I’ve played a lot of them) and I’ve never had this problem before. You say this problem has been fixed (a year ago), but that’s simply not true since it just happened to me this morning. Why not fix the bugs THEN release it. I see multiple complaints about this bug that are old. You got my money, obviously that’s all that’s important to you. This game is a bummer!

Doesn't Open After Update!
Why do you release so many games with bugs or simply do not open? I paid for this game and now it doesn't even open after your "update". It leaves a black window with the app icon visible in the upper left corner.
There was a glitch with the hint arrow & touch sensitivity issues, but it did play, which I described to you in my email. Yes, I received your recent reply stating you fixed all the problems but this one was not fixed and I paid for this game.
Please fix and I will be happy to edit my review. Thank you.

I get part way through the game and I even get to pay for it and then when I have to turn it off for any reason It does not come back and I have to start all over again This is my third time and it is also my last Please fix it

Cannot restore purchase
I bought this game when it first came out and download it to play again and it will not go past the first page. It keeps asking me to purchase. I click already purchased it says OK but then keeps reverting back to purchase it and not let me play the game

I have had nothing but problems with this game I have many games on my iPad with no issues. I have reached out to your support team and it’s still unplayable. Three times now it has flashed off.
Every time it happens I have to start all over. This is not acceptable.
I don’t want a game with this many problems BUT, what I expect is a full refund.
If you don’t refund this I will contact Apple. This is the last time I contact you or support!

Fantastic
The Domini Games series from Big Fish gives the player an amazing journey without any barriers. I am a huge fan of hidden object games but other designers will require constant energy refills which is a major deterrent! Thank you, Domini Games and Big Fish!!!!

Two games in a row that have serious glitches. This one doesn’t know what to do when you push the hint button. Happens about half the time. Real testing prior to release would probably solve this problem. If get one more like this I’ll cancel my membership

Domini Games support is not responding. I cannot contact anyone in regards to my purchase of this game. I have usually had good luck with your games but for LoW:Island it has been a very unsettling experience. The one time I didn’t read the reviews and I get unsavory results.

This game is a rip off
I purchased Endless Hints and Skips for $9.99 in their app. Well, apparently, according to their Support gurus, endless does not mean endless. It worked for less than an hour and then stopped working. I am livid at this type of false advertising. The only reason it gets 2 stars is that the game itself is halfway decent.
