I was looking for help using my watch/App

I looked up App support, it’s in Chinese. Since I don’t read Chinese I still would like help. I would like to have the directions, in English, somewhere I can print them out so I can read them. The “quick start” guide that came with my watch is so small as to be unreadable even with the help of glasses & a magnifying glass.

Inaccurate

Three stars for idea. Very inaccurate, woke up and it says I walked 40-78 steps. Blood pressure registers very high. Took my bp with regular cuff and it was in normal range. Heart rate registers from normal to over 100. Within a minute. Took manually and was always 70-72. Would not recommend.
