WearHeart Hack 3.2.3 + Redeem Codes

This is the most useless thing ever. The watch works as a watch but don’t expect to get any useful health data. I haven’t worn it in a week yet it still seems to be reading and recording my heart rate. The BP will not calibrate with readings input from my manual cuff. The ECG is probably ok, but again no useful data. The translation from Chinese in the app is terrible. Neither app nor watch will sync with Apple health, even though the literature for both says it syncs to iPhone. VERY misleading. None of the other functions are anything better than a $10 digital watch. Save your money and just get a Fitbit or Apple Watch. This is a waste of time and money, Apple should just remove it from the App Store and be done with it.

I was super excited to get a smart watch. When trying to set an account you can’t see what you are inputting. When setting up your profile you can’t see anything in the drop down menus it’s just white and blank. If you hit confirm it makes it the lowest value for whatever section you are on. It would be nice if the app would actually work. Interface should be very user friendly and it is not. Otherwise, why use this watch when the app it makes you get and the things the watch supposedly does don’t work?

I picked this watch from my employers rewards list of things to pick from. Just like others have said two years ago, when you try to register it gives you the blank screen and you can’t see what you are typing. Even if you enter your information anyways it says invalid address. At this point I’m certain that the other reviews who said it’s only good for telling time, is correct. I will be letting my Employer know about this, so they can remove this item from the rewards list.

This was an anniversary gift from my company. The watch works but the app dose not. Can not set up an account. And now that I’ve read some other reviews , I see this has been a ongoing problem. Thanks for wasting my company’s money and my time. I’ll be letting the company know so they can remove this as an option for future gifts. I would think this would be an easy issue to fix but someone at this company needs to care and clearly they do not!

Screen is completely whited out so you cannot see your options when selecting age, height, and weight. Even to enter an email and password you have to guess where the correct information goes. I’m in America and don’t want or need metric units but that’s all I get. This app is not user friendly at all. The watch was an award from my employer and had I known about this app I would have selected a different watch.

The app does not allow you to see the screen settings when entering in your information. The text is white on a white background rendering the text invisible. When I tried to contact/send feedback, I was given an error message stating invalid address. This watch will not be able to accurately give me feed back when it thinks I am a 90 year old who weighs 153lbs and stands at 14 feet tall!!

I selected this watch as a 5-yr anniversary gift from my employer. The app requires that you agree with laws of ROC and the privacy notice is in Chinese. If you proceed to register, the app requires a name, but does not allow input…at least in the iOS version. So app is basically worthless and any effort to install is a waste of time. I will be returning the watch.

This is an useless App if you are using iOS. You can’t even set up the App because you can’t enter your name. Maybe they don’t even test it for iOS. I would return the watch if you bought it to use with this App. I am surprised that Apple allows this App to stay on App Store without fixing the problems.

When trying to sign in for the first time it gives a white screen with no Information to create an account. Then when you try to guess what they are asking for on the lines it gives an error. Not a good start to a new Christmas present

This product is trash. The interface is in another language and I can’t change it. When I try to create an account, all I get is a white screen. Thank God I got this watch for free, else I would return it. It goes into the Goodwill bin. I can’t even give it away.
