Most user friendly app ever
This app is so detailed yet so easy to use, never experience any bugs that last longer than a few minutes. It’s insanely good.

Does NOT work as advertised
1. You have to upload receipts for almost everything. 2. They want you to LINK YOUR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT to their benefits card so that you can pay them back when they screw up your balances or benefits, which is often. Go look at the guy’s review where he was billed like $700 several months after the fact (and their response was basically, track it yourself). It is so much easier to just submit an expense report.
**Updated to address to the developer’s comment: first, thank you for your response. The thing is, I should not have to be making a payment to your company after I am able to charge an expense and then you decided to walk it back. If you are offering to manage my benefits and stipends, then you should actually have a product that is capable of doing that. Approved expenses should go through and unapproved ones should be denied—that’s it.
**Updated again to address the developer’s second comment: when the “coming improvements” happen and the card works, I will update my review. Do you have a date by when I can expect this?

Buggy, takes forever to process transactions
They just asked me to pay ~$500 in transactions that apparently took 7 months to process and deduct from the fund.
Would recommend writing down all of your expenses when using this and not trusting the app to mark them correctly, as they very rarely categorize correctly, transactions are very rarely in the correct order, and it can take over half a year for them to deduct a transaction, which can result in needing to pay them back for funds you would have seen as being available within their app.

Lots of support needed
Be warned, you need to add receipts with every purchase. They will hit you hard on this without warning. Even my gym purchases with Fitness in the title needed receipts. You must connect your bank account as well to pay them back they don’t offer one time payment. Also no support phone number. Really hard to figure things out with them.
I will update rating if things change. Just be extra careful as a user on this app.

Easy to use app and great user interface!
Using Level has made paying for my office visit extremely easy and painless. Also made it simple to find a dentist that was in network.

App doesn’t work
This app does not work. I was unable to sign up through the app. Every time I tried the interface would bug out and not load properly, leaving me stuck on a blank screen. I was only able to sign up through the website, and now I have to wait for a physical card because I can’t use the card through the app

The app is incredibly smooth and easy to use. I especially love the search features — it makes looking for a dentist/optometrist so easy!

I used my Level card at the dentist and it was so smooth. I wasn’t stressed at all about the claim or billing process. Thanks Level!

Can’t actually use the app
Every time I go to submit an expense, after I put the merchant details in, the next view turns white and I have to force quit the app because clicking back also returns me to white views with only an X that I can’t interact with. I can submit on the website just fine, and that same view actually works. Super inconvenient.
