Life of Mellow Hack 1.1.0 + Redeem Codes

The game is really good but their is just so many glitches. I really liked the game at first because I didn’t run into many glitches but as I progressed and got the DLC my mellows stoped doing their jobs randomly and went on breaks that lasted forever and the only way to fix it is to unassigned them from their job and reassigned another mellow and if their is multiple people doing the same job you need to fire all of them and hope you don’t hire the wrong guy. The shepherds and the farmers are the worst with so many glitches and just all out not worst it to build.

In my opinion you should add some other game modes like a game mode were you are not the only village on the island and you can have war with them or trade with them if you would like( this game mode would be an offline one we’re you are going against AI’S )Also another game mode that would be great for friend/friends would be like an online mode but only your friends could join (if that makes any sense) and you can have war with them to or trade with them. Like if me and my brother wanted to play it together we could go on to the online mode and make a world/island together and make our own Villages and have war with each other.

I hope my input helped a little and this is just my opinion so yeah. But before you do anything else fix the glitches.

The game is amazing, it is very fun to play but only for 30 minutes. There is not enough stuff to do. It gets boring too fast. I like everything else about it, it is very balanced but is too easy to win. My suggestions are, first make different levels. Easy mode where everything is faster and cheaper, and people consume less foods, to hard mode where everything is expensive, people eat more food, winters are colder and longer, farms produce less, and build time is increased. This would add more variety to the game for new and experience players. Next double the current dlc in content, and make it free to all players. Then make a new dlc with loads of new buildings and jobs. This would make the game take longer, making people play it more. Something that I think would be cool is to have late game buildings like a doc, ship builder, map maker, and more. They would let players travel to new islands, (maybe add some ai towns for trade?), with new animals, resources, and buildings. This would let players decide if they want to expand their game or keep it simple.

That’s just my thought, idk what you guys have planned for this game but this is what I think would be fun, this is comming from me in a position to spend money on a DLC event tho I know it will only give me a hour maybe of new things to do.

This game has so much potential. I like the concept and its fun to play, but the bugs almost render the game unplayable. If the farmers don't finish the crop cycle, then the farm land becomes unusable. it stays stuck on the "harvesting" phase and the farmers won't plant crops in spring. the only way I found to fix this is to delete the farm, but farms are expensive so it's not a solution. My second issue is with the mellows. they get stuck on buildings and pastures and stay there until they die. A solution to this would be to have a reset mellow option that puts them back at the tent. Also when all the mellows die at once there is no explanation. if all my villagers die at one time I should be able to learn what I did wrong, instead of guessing in the dark over and over. Sometimes the mellows won't do their job for some reason, and I wish I could fire them specifically instead of having to play a numbers game to keep other workers and remove them. I want an option to fire workers or kick them out of the village by clicking on them. Also the ability to hire a mellow by clicking on them and choosing the profession. Lastly, we should be able to tell lumberjacks and miners where to mine so we can build our villages where we want. I hope the developers see this, because I truly love this game. I just wish it was more user friendly and less of a guessing game.

I really love this game. I do not think that having to buy all of these extra packs and stuff is very fair though. I can understand the premium rewards being purchasable but the DLC shouldn’t have to be purchased. I think this game is very fun but needs to be improved a little such as adding more working options rather than the basics. If there were more roles the game would be a lot more entertaining and keep people interested for longer. Food is always in high demand and almost impossible to keep up with without watching ads. For the pregnancy maybe the time could be decreased a little? I am also having an issue where I have workers assigned to something but they won’t work. They just stand there go home, walk to task, go home, stand there. For my construction workers they tend to build for 5-10 seconds and then stop working on it for a very long time. I really love this game and plan on continuing to play it but I won’t be purchasing anything because I feel as though having to buy the DLC is very unfair. Hopefully you guys add more things into the game because eventually it’ll get boring with the same repetitive stuff with nothing new.

This game has a lot of potential. Right now it is still in beta, and I think it needs a lot of work before it’s really good. First, I think the food needs are too high. I have to have about half of my workers just collecting food all the time. Second, they make way too many babies. Quite apart from the fact that babies take food but can’t do anything useful, the workers spend time waiting in their house for their partner so they can get down to the baby making business, then delivering the baby takes a long time as well. So all this time they aren’t working. Currently they seem to have babies every two years, which is an extraordinary rate of reproduction. That needs to go down by about half. The only way to make up for all of the useless mouths that need feeding is to keep recruiting adults. But it just goes exponentially! More adults make more babies, which means you need more adults! I haven’t yet gotten to the point where any babies grow up, because my guys all start starving or getting sick. There aren’t enough resources in the nearby area to keep recruiting new guys either. Basically it needs balancing. I’d suggest greatly decreasing the reproductive rate and food needs to start. The good news is the developers seem to be putting out updates very frequently at this point.

The thing is about this game is that its actually a really good game. I know free games need money so they relay on ads to support them and I can live with that and I think it's pretty reasonable. What I don't like about this game is when you done everything you need to do, build houses, hunt, mine, chop wood, build. You reach a point where theres literally nothing to do, like it's just a repeating cycle of nothing. The reason why people are playing free games are because their free, and it's fine to add a feature where you have to pay for certain thing that is it really necessary for the game. But adding a paywall for something that actually can make a game BETTER and more enjoyable to play which means more people will stay and might actually make the impulse decision to buy something in the game is just a bad strategy. People get bored doing the same thing over and over again, adding a paywall might might make you some extra cash but you can definitely make more. This game is an enjoyable game and I had fun compared to other simulation games like this but it most definitely can be better and I hope it will be because I really do see the potential in this game and see it could grow into something more thanbit already is. But with how it is right now, I'm kinda disappointed.

There should be an easier way to un-assign and re-assign mellows as sometimes they will just not do the job they are assigned to unless you take them off and readd them, but you have to un-assign everyone in the job group sometimes to get the one you want off the job. Also, I am having an issue where it says many mellows are pregnant and never changes the status, so far says I have 32 pregnant mellows yet none have given birth. This has lead to nearly all the population being old while no young ones are being born to replace them. Also, storage is ridiculously small, even with the upgrades to the buildings. I only have 80 mellows yet needed to build 41 storage building, thats thats with over half being upgraded to hold 800 storage. Also, may be helpful to include an index or something to explain what each item is used for/helpful for such as the wine or what the difference is between making the small potion compared to the large one. Not just resource wise but what it does different. I assume the larger one can but used by more than one mellow, but that information is unclear.

I honestly really enjoy the basic game play without the DLC. It’s very relaxing to me. What ISN’T enjoyable or relaxing in any way, shape, or form is the loud banner ads. I don’t mind ads in mobile games. I actually embrace them as a part of the experience so long as they aren’t TOO intrusive. The ads in this game are a perfect example of too intrusive. While they aren’t cutting you off in the middle of game play they are ever present. The main ads are in a banner at the bottom of the screen and they are, obnoxiously enough, audio and video ads. And they are loud. I can’t enjoy good background noise while playing the game and there isn’t an in app setting to turn off active ad sounds. It’s disruptive and makes me more angry at both the game and the advertisers. As far as the glitchiness goes I have really only had trouble with a really well known glitch. The glitch is when a mellow will take a break and never go back to work. It’s exhausting finding those mellows and moving them around so that they will actually work.

I gave the game two stars only because it was initially fun. The game seems like a great game. It has plenty of potential, however there are several issues with the game. First being the fact that no matter what device the game is played on, it drains the battery and makes all devices hot to the point that the game isn’t working properly. My next problem and biggest issue with the game is the fact that you HAVE to buy the DLC in order to keep the residents (Mellows) happy. There’s no way to direct certain residents to do certain tasks either, meaning they take resources randomly to different buildings instead of focusing on one building project at a time. Another issue I’ve come across is the ads not working when you want to gather animals or more Mellows. Not sure if they didn’t have enough ads or if the game wasn’t working properly. Then, when you manage to get certain buildings built like the craftsman building or the wood cutting building, regardless of how many Mellows you have assigned, they all leave the building to gather materials from the bigger storage rather than get it out of the storage tent you start with. Many of my Mellows died because they were hungry and would not go to the tent that actually had food, wood, stone, etc.

Another comment mentioned pay to win. I would say I disagree. Without paying, you can probably get a couple hours out of this game before it becomes useless to play (without paying) quite a fun game and could be amazing with some FREE ways to extend the fun in the game. I know I sound picky for not paying, but when you have to buy anything that is interesting, it’s a bit much. It’s okay to have a bit of dlc, but not the whole mid to late part of the game. For example, you start out having a bit of trouble surviving and providing for your mellows, totally fine, it’s a survival game. Then you build storage for materials, house for villagers, tool smith for stone tools, woodworker for wood materials, farm, and potion brewer to stop sickness and heal people. Then the game is over unless you want to pay. You can of course expand your village, but at that point it’s an endless cycle of the same thing. They made iron tools dlc. Idk. That one seems a bit much lol. But anyway, the game has great potential, but needs more free content to help players hold interest, and create long term playability.
