Description

Ah, zombies. Cannot kill what’s already dead, right? But you sure can outsmart them by using your trader’s wits and crafting expertise.

Zombie apocalypse or not, humans love shopping, and they’ll always need a shop to come in for stuff. Natural exchange is all good, but we’ve been building an exchange system based on commodities and money for a few thousand years now, and surely for a reason! So, just because some undead creatures are persistently trying to savor the flavor of your brains, threatening your survival in these dark new circumstances, you shouldn’t give up shopkeeping progress, oh no!

Join this adventure to hone your survival, trading and production skills!

— Become a shopkeeper running the only decent outlet in town seeking to thrive amidst the zombie apocalypse;
— Learn the secrets of post-apocalyptic trade to expand and customize your shop;
— Make friends with Artisans, Scientists, and other town residents to design and produce weapons, armor, and many other useful items from any bits and bobs you can lay your hands on, really;
— Source valuable resources such as Metal, Plastic or Chemicals from different town locations and use them to produce goods;
— Sell items to customers: they need all these Baseball Bats, Flashlights and Cleavers to fend off zombies that are rather annoying in their persistence to eat all the brains;
— Buy items from others as you aim to balance your trade accounts and run your increasingly successful shop;
— Recruit Preppers and send them on dangerous yet exciting Supply Runs for valuables; given the current state of zombie affairs, anything goes—from Super Glue to Mushrooms;
— Create trade Guilds with other players! Join forces to grow and develop an authentic town struggling to survive under constant attacks by undead brain-munchers.

Now, not all heroes wear capes. Not least because someone’s gotta first make those capes for them. Cannot be a coincidence that you are looking to apply yourself as a professional shopkeeper and manufacturer, right?

The town continues to survive and develop, with changes doing it good!

Firstly, Talents are now stronger and more efficient. An acquired Talent affects item sub-types across all tiers, and you can boost it, too.
Secondly, it's gotten easier to obtain extra rewards for Supply Runs—thanks to revised Hazards and Perks.
Thirdly, there is more energy for trading now, and it's spent more efficiently, too!

Let alone better performance and an updated game balance: we sure did both!

It's getting increasingly dangerous out of town! Time to optimize putting your squads together to make sure they can slay any zombie they run into!

- Global changes to Supply Runs: recruit your squad based on characters' perks and parameters!
- New hazards during Supply Runs: discover special perks your Preppers may have that help deal with those hazards.
- 3 primary character parameters: Combat, Wits and Perception, as well as the additinal Stamina (could always use some!) and Luck, which increases your chance of obtaining true valuables during Supply Runs.
- 6 new Prepper classes: 2 per each archetype!

Your Preppers no longer need to wait for too long to get stronger: they can use higher-tier items sooner now!
And you, on your part, can become a true jack of all trades, upgrading your items and blueprints with the new talent system… and taking your favorites to the next level of awesome!

We're also removed the consumables involved in item repairs, but you now have a good chance of repairing an item broken in a Supply Run for free! We are compensating accordingly all the players who had bought repair kits in the past and still haven't used theirs.

Not forgetting the good old bugfixes, too!

Ok, so I love this game, I’ve been playing it everyday since I’ve gotten it. My only complaint is that like with just recently, there is no warning when you have your preppers out on a search, when going to defend against a horde. I just want to click on it since it was full and didn’t realize all of my preppers were out on a search, after I realized with seconds of clicking “defend now” I tried to close the app in hopes that it reset it and gave me another shot, only to find that since I did that, I completely lost the fight. My one recommendation would be to give a warning that you have preppers out on a run and that it would make you click either continue or stop and collect them from the search. That's the only problem I have with this. it was a small horde that I had fully supplied and would have easily won and gotten the discount, but now everything is heavily slowed down because of this stupid mistake.
Cory noll lee,
Recent improvements
Been playing since the summer time and honestly enjoyed this game over time. I know the developers are working hard on it. Recent updates however have led to many concerns and problems. First off originally when it comes to the town investment contributions were extremely expensive which is as offset by other members of the guild helping out. With the recent update with the road raids they made contributions a solo endeavor. That was fine however it defeated the point of having guilds. Which leads to the next part: guilds. They doubled the amount of members but again have made joint contributions invalid now. The most annoying part before the update was guild members going idle for 3-4 weeks and causing their contributions to be halved so you were spending more time recruiting them playing. They could have just bypassed all of this headache by just removing the penalty for inactive guild members and kept joint contributions. It feels more like a solo game now aside from the weekly guild activities. Since the new outpost can produce coins they have also tripled the repair cost for items. It’s also such a chore now to stock up on money as they reduced the items income amount and raised the upgrade costs to the outpost, furniture, and town builds. What is even going on anymore in this game
iliyahehehe,
Addictive fun
Been playing for a few months now and I can confidently say it’s a really fun game. I still feel the urge to level up and get richer just as much as when I first started to play, if not more. That said, I’ve had this dream QoL feature in mind that I suggested in the discord and want to leave here as well—Please add the functionality to be able to filter if an item will be showcased on a special or normal stand. This would be really useful when you want your junk that is used to turn into energy, isn’t being showcased on special stands, and vise-versa for expensive items showing up on normal stands. The way I can see this being intuitive is if in the same spot where you can lock items from being showcase/used, there’s another button letting you select between a white table and a golden table or both, obviously the design is up to you. Thank you for this addictive game! :)<3
ScavLordShrek,
Love the game
Just got the game couple days ago can’t stop playing, I just have one idea that would be great and an amazing quality of life improvement if you could like have a sign that says open or close and you could tap on it so the npcs don’t come in and you can set up all the racks and stands how you want them make ‘em look pretty an neat and when your ready click the sign for open and they all start coming in so that you don’t have npcs running around the place, also kind of just thought of this as typing this but have a filter for each stand or rack so you can have say a rack only knives go to when you make or sell them and one for pistols ext just quality of life ideas i thought would be cool/good for the game but just my thoughts do what you guys planning on doing loving the game
It's frog,
Recent update
I really like this game until ur recent update.....you moved the purple coins to arcade only...so now if I don’t want to use gold coin to refill supplies needed to make items you have blue guild coins...which you have to be in a guild with more than yourself...my guild is me only for the reason I don’t want the trauma drama that comes with having others in a guild ...been there done that....I like playing at my own pace...I tried the new raiding aspect and I’m wondering how long does it run? My guys are still out raiding....really hate to delete another game because needing guild people associating but I will if that’s what is required to do other new aspects of the game..plz put the purple coins back as a choice for supply refill for those of use that don’t want the guild trauma drama...I’ll keep playing for another month or two to see how things pans out if it continues to be needing guild people I’ll delete game
Nathan657483,
Perfect for intermittent play
I love the time ratios of this game. It doesnt require constant attention and yet can still be played all day. Items take seconds to minutes to craft. Longest item ive crafted yet is 15min. Shorted is 3 seconds.
Progression is excellent, I havent felt stuck in the game yet. Im able to move along in levels quickly enough too (currently lvl 20).
Cons are the lack of decorative features. I havent unlocked more shop decore since level 10ish. So unless I want to place 5 tv’s and 3 of the same chairs, theres no better way to increase my shop’s prestige.
Guilds are ok. I wish there was more to do with them. I feel like the investments are cooky. If you switch guilds your buildings go back down in level? Its weird and I don’t understand why. It made me waste the $500k that I dumped into those buildings with my first guild. Only to have tk do it AGAIN with my second.
I wish you could filter guilds better too. Im level 20 and want to be in a guild with my same level not 5’s and 10’s. I cant find any guilds that are like that because the recommended ones are only lower level.
I wish the bounties were more balanced. Sometimes an easy bounty wants me to craft a tier 3 item 9 times and a hard bounty wants me to craft a tier 1 item 5 times. It needs to balance out. Overall this game has fantastic potential and I will continue to play it.
draz developments,
Great game - Lots of Potential
I’ve been playing for about a month now. I think the devs are doing a great job balancing to make it a fun game overall. The free to play progression is still at a good pace, the pay to play doesn’t make you a total god if you opt in, you’re able to get the vip currency in a LOT of different ways - so advancing in a way that’s similar to pay to win is accessible. There are also more ways that just that currency to replenish supplies and play a bit faster. Overall I think the balancing is great. I’m looking forward to more content giving the players more to do. I’m level 20, and I pretty much send out preppers, start crafting, play arcade, craft more, play arcade, and finish supply runs to repeat. More content to take up time is the biggest thing the game needs right now!
pinkklol,
Necessity’s first better game play
First off this game is amazing I love basically everything about it. I had some ideas that could make the game more well rounded though. First, a guild mail or bulletin board where the leaders and assistants can send messages that stay or go to other peoples mails in the guild say a fallout to invest in a Certain building next etc. second, maybe a shop design feature where you can go into edit mode and clear everything so you can re organize your entire shop. That’s basically all of it and I know this will probably not get implemented for a while even if this was seen but I just ask that you consider maybe. Keep it up devs the game rocks
Crazeemonkey88,
Newest update
I’ve been playing this game for almost a month, and I loved it. If I had a second of free time in my day I’d spend it trying to expand my pawn shop and getting better items to unlock. After a bit things start to get really expensive, $4 million to expand the shop, $5 million for another production slot, and that’s not even the expensive stuff. Before the update selling items and getting money was a grind, but now you might as well spend actual money on the game to expand your shop, bc the item sell price is now around 60-90% off the before update price. Meaning to make even a measly $100,000 itll take you about 10x longer without making in app purchases. The game is now dying due to the recent updates and people are leaving. I thought it was a really fun and cool game, and I loved playing it. But it’s sad watching the devs bury a good game bc they want to promote packs that cost money more than make the game fun wether you spend money on it or not.
Escovant,
Not Horrible.
The game is pretty straight forward like most item shop games. There are no arbitrary ads unless you want higher rarity gear. That it is really appreciated. Alas, it has a couple of pitfalls that will easily ruin the experience however. The first one being the invasion mechanic. If you are playing solo or with a small group then you will likely fail most times. Even woke up and was forced to defend with 0 supplies do to it happening in the middle of the night. Fortunately the debuffs are not horrendous in the starting stages. The 2nd would be the arcade. You have to get through 16 rounds before you can get your winnings and if you fail at any point its all gone. To add to that most of the rewards really are not worth it especially if you keep spending gold to progress. At least you are not required to play it so you can avoid it.
