Impossible to get password reset
I have repeated attempted to have forgotten password to reset and it fails to email me reset link. I’ve phoned and gotten no help. I and my caregiver circle have no way of accessing my account. No customer support. Received email from developer to call for help; called repeatedly and put on wait for over 5 min each time. No way to get help and automated reset connects me with Philips product registration site that has no lifeline support link.
Tech support did a system reset on my data and I am now able to use app. Thank you.

Cannot Reset Password
Cannot create an initial login! Cannot receive password reset emails. All other email correspondence seems to work ok. Web support is slow and disconnected because you cannot talk to them. Would like to access this app for my mom’s account.

Useless
This app does not function. I was able to create a login online, but when this app is opened, no history is shown, no device status appears.
It generated several false incident notifications to my phone overnight, while I was in the same house with the service subscriber.

The app freezes when I try to update credit card info (I tried several times)
Call center was no help

This is app helps to make the care giving experience interactive and simplify services needed for the patients and care givers .

Horrible app
This app is garbage. Never never never updates appropriately. When notified of an alert and you click on the app to see a status it just spins like it’s updating and it never does. Timeout error after timeout error. I’m seriously going to look for another option soon. GARBAGE APP

Good Idea, Poor Execution
I really hoped this app would give me the ability to monitor and manage the Care Circle of my Mom’s LifeLine. Unfortunately, many of the features do not work, and despite several calls to Philips, they still do not work. Philips has work to do.
