In an emergency, tap the Urgent Response icon on your iPhone, Apple Watch or Lively Wearable2 and you’ll be connected to a certified Urgent Response Agent who will get you the help you need no matter the situation. We’re highly trained in assisting you through any situation where you may feel unsafe, aren’t sure who to call for help, or if you are experiencing a medical emergency. We will work with you, contact your family or friends if desired and stay on the line with you until you’re ok.

You can even speak to a board-certified doctor or registered nurse with our Urgent Care anytime, day or night (Preferred Health and Safety subscription required; no additional costs or copays or insurance needed).

The Lively app requires an active Lively Health & Safety Service subscription. Already a member, simply download the app and sign in using your cell phone number. New to Lively? Fall Detection:
Fall Detection is available on Lively Wearable2 with the Ultimate Health & Safety Package. When Lively Wearable2 is worn around your neck on the specially designed Fall Detection Lanyard it can sense the sudden movement of a fall. Fall Detection may not always accurately detect a fall so it’s recommended to push the button when in need, if possible. If you are unable to press the button, the Lively Wearable2 will automatically call an Urgent Response Agent through your iPhone.

Step Tracker & Health Tips:
The Lively Wearable2 records daily step counts to promote an active lifestyle. You'll also receive health tips with helpful information on exercising, eating right and living a heart-healthy lifestyle.

Amazing Service!
This app is very easy to use and very helpful to give myself and my loved ones a peace at mind. I really thought these apps are only for old people however having a seizure disorder, this app and service has been very helpful.

Customer Service Lacking
This is an utter disappointment. Based on the website and reviews, I purchased an Apple Watch for my grandmother. I tried to create an account…it asks you the standard questions to creat an account…when you click “create account” it shows an error that says “No email associated with this account.” Duh. That’s why I’m trying to create one.

The website touts the ability to access the app (clearly available from the Apple App Store) on your phone, your Apple Watch, and Alexa devices.

I called customer service and was disconnected the first time; the second woman was extremely dismissive and rude; the third was trying to be helpful but clearly had no idea what is on the website.

Both reps informed me that they could not assist me with creating an account and I needed to call Apple. I explained what I was trying to do to no avail.

Please be warned that the website is not accurate. Apparently you need to have a Lively device to create an account…in order to have the app, etc (which you still pay for). As soon as you say the word Apple, the rep will clam up like you just said Voldemort.

If their urgent response team is anything like dealing with customer service, I wouldn’t rely on it to save someone’s life.

Multiple times offline for multiple days.
This system goes offline for several days. With no notice or status updates. If you’re relying on this app to locate your family member you will have long periods of blackout. Very concerning when it’s advertised as a caregiver application. I was able to get through the contact number and the service rep had no further information on why the system was not functioning.

A few times I didn’t remember to put on my lively necklace. Because I didn’t want to forget it again, I ordered the Wearable2 watch. This watch is a lot more convenient for me and in a close range location. When I’m putting on my jewelry, it’s readily present vs. the necklace which is on a charger in another location.

I have fallen a couple of times and my lively was off. Since I have had my lively I am constantly coming on here and taking it from not connected to connected. I do not understand this. I have called and written but no response. This is unacceptable.
This is only a year old but when not connected it is no help to me. I believe I should be sent a new one at no cost to me. There is something wrong mine.

Incredibly frustrating
App refuses to recognize either Mom’s valid phone number or email despite overcharging her by hundreds of dollars. Calls to customer service result in no help with the app though they are able to access her account using the same valid phone number and email. Intending to cancel service once I have time to call again.

Keeps losing fall detection
Moms Fall detection keeps turning off and account shows I’m wearing on wrist even though it’s on lanyard. Can not find a place to update that on app or website account. She Fell last night and lay on floor for 2.5 hours before she was able to wake someone to help her get up because of this failure. Primary reason I have this product and yet it failed me.

Unreliable app - unreliable C/S
We bought this for our elderly parent.
The app helps us make sure she’s safe when alone. Today the app said, last known update 16 Oct 2020. Closed & rebooted. Same status. Deleted & reinstalled app. Account not found (using Mom’s cell#)
What the HECK? So called Customer Service, started a conversation - followed by ear piercing beeps than the call dropped ?!?!?. And no call back either!!!
