Make the most of it!
I have been using this app for more than a month and so far, so good. I live abroad year round so having an app like this is pivotal. I can connect with people around the world, share our culture, learn new languages, and most importantly, make new friends. I am fortunate to be able to travel and live in different countries but I usually never know anyone in the places I live. This app is helping me so much to have friends before I even get there, a big help for an introvert like me. Yes, there are creeps on this app. Yes, there are people who respond with one word replies. But if you filter those people out, you can have some really fun, interesting and sometimes profound conversations with incredible people you would’ve never had a chance to meet otherwise. Use technology with a purpose.

What an amazing app!! I just started using it and have already brushed up on my conversational French and starting learning Portuguese - all for free and the best part is that I am meeting people from around the world interested in sharing their language and learning mine. The app itself is intuitive, smooth, and works flawlessly. Someone clearly put some thought and time into this concept. Download before they start charging!!

This app is awesome!
I’ve been using this multi purpose app since it was first released, it’s amazing! As someone that is bilingual and is always looking to practice speaking languages that I am not fluent in, this app connects me with native speakers from all over the world. The recent updates of a translator and the new layout of chat/link requests are an extra added bonus. Definitely recommend!

I just started using this app but man is it intriguing. During this time period where we are longing for connection with others this app definitely provides that connection. It’s free and easy to use and makes it very user friendly. I highly recommend this app. It definitely has allowed me to connect with others around the world!

Way better than Duolingo
Wow, exactly the app I’ve been needing to practice my Spanish. I travel to Mexico a lot for work but never can continue practicing when I’m back in the U.S. Linguado allows me to keep speaking with my friends south of the border and I’m nearly fluent now. Way better than Duolingo!

The map feature is fantastic. I have been able to find people in my area who I’ve met up with to practice speaking. And they’ve become really cool friends. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to learn and isn’t scared to make new friends.
