I started searching for apps that would help a person with hearing problems with my best friend started having trouble understanding what I was saying he doesn’t wanna except that he’s losing his hearing nor think that hearing aids are too attractive. So I was trying to get an alternative ways application that would increase the volume office AirPods would serve as a hearing aid when I run into the location. He gave me a personalized hearing exam and was able to extrapolate different scenarios where I can predict what kind of profiles I’m going to use. And also it’s a great spying application increase the volume You’re hearing devices. Try it it’s worth the money!i

Shady dishonest tried to charge $60
Downloaded this app to try it , was no thing special so I deleted it.. then started getting notifications that The app was TRYING to charge me $60 . Luckily I didn’t set up my Apple Pay , however the app is STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME! Why some of these developers think it’s okay to try and charge us without permission is appallingly dishonest and should not be allowed on the App Store! This is the first time any app has ever done this to me, I have used an Apple phone for over 4 years now, never had An app try to charge me without being authorized! This Alex guy needs to either stop this app from automatically charging consumers or he needs to be stopped by Apple and get off the App Store. None of us want to deal with dishonest shady crap like that. We have enough problems as it is, I can’t stand this kind of underhanded tactic for taking money from unsuspecting people who don’t give permission and charge them automatically. Don’t even look at this app.. IT WILL TRY AND CHARGE YOU $60 without your permission, how this is allowed is beyond dishonest, it is absolutely stealing as far as I am concerned!!

It’s good enough but wish it was cheaper
To expensive and I’ve done the buy now for a week for 2.99 or whatever and it never worked. So I would be scared to pay 15 a month for this. Right at this moment it isn’t working at all and it’s my second main mode of hearing. Without it I can’t hear at all

Not what I hoped for
I’m HOH and trying iPhone amplify apps to help hear TV or small group chats without much distortion, noise or lag. Basically to sub for $$$$ hearing aids while I save up. I’m using wired earbuds since wireless (Bluetooth) has too much lag.
You might want to set a delay on that ‘beg for a review’ pop-up. At least let me use an hour of the 3-day trial first! Why annoy me right off the blocks? Also - the in app link goes to the now defunct iTunes Store.
This app has low lag, but poor speech clarity for me. I tried several times to fine tune a profile and settings but didn’t find a way that made voices clear enough. The controls seem touchy; often crackled when moved.
So turning it way up gets loud but doesn’t help with hearing TV or conversation (except my voice😒). Using the “Super Boost” mode gives horrid feedback squeal unless the system & app volume controls are dialed way down. Noise filter, if turned up at all, wipes out all sound from TV.
You might want to set a delay on that ‘beg for a review’ pop-up. At least let me use an hour of the 3-day trial first! Why annoy me right off the blocks? Also - the in app link goes to the now defunct iTunes Store.

Wonderful App This App lets you test your hearing, allowing you to create different hearing profiles so that you can then use the App as a hearing aid in different environments. Sensible and wonderful. I can now hear without spending thousands (which I don't have) on hearing aids. Thank you very much for your great work. Sadly it did not work with my Samsung neo but I bought a IPad and it works perfectly with that.

My son has mysophonia (hatred of a particular mouth-breathing sound that his brother makes occasionally). I am giving 5 stars because the app works as intended. But I was hoping that it would help to filter a sound, but it does not. Would that be a feature that can be added? To suppress a frequency or a particular sound? Thanks!

Wish I would have found this sooner
This app has helped me in so many ways. I can’t get hearing aids due to insurance limits. With the help of this app I can now have conversations and know what is being said instead of pretending to follow along. Thank you

This is really helping me but not reliable!
My boost went out… again ! I have no idea why sporadically my boost just stops working despite me paying for it. I tried to restore purchases and all it does is show that buffer wheel and never fixes it. Can u fix it on your end or do I have to keep trying to restore it and hope it clicks over as it’s so frustrating! I try to contact you and even my email won’t go through! All very sad and frustrating!

It works well
Like expensive hearing aids, this app filters out background noise when you're in a busy place like a restaurant, but you can also set it to amplify everything, like when you're walking through the park and want to hear the music of nature.

Top of the line I am partially death from a sinus issue, I have not been able to hear for a while now. I took the hearing test on this and it's right on point to an actual one, so glad I found this app works beautifully. No mic feedback like other apps, this ones is just perfect!!
