I’ve been using this app for a long time. I like being able to watch games back and save clips. The issue is the app is always a wildcard. Sometimes you can’t even open it and sign in. It just shows the main screen and freezes. It’s closes out and simply doesn’t work. I have to delete the app and reinstall and sometimes even that doesn’t work. I really love the idea of this service, but for what what you pay per month, I still wish it was better and ran more seamlessly.

Cameras may work and you may not get to watch your kid play.
Livebarn is responsible for the cameras. If they don’t fix and support them, you don’t get to see any video. This has happened multiple times. If Livebarn is not going to get it together and have a proper plan in place for working cameras, and fixing cameras when not working, then Livebarn needs to charge waaaaaaay less or credit costs. Charging people for a service that cannot use is super unethical and lacks integrity. That’s not what hockey is about. Great idea in theory but horrible execution on the company’s part. Also, the video clarity is super grainy when the cameras are working. It’s like it was recorded on an iPhone 4s with a dirty lens. That could definitely use some improvement as well.

Inconsistent and frustrating at best
This has the potential to be great but livebarn clearly does not care. Live feed drops off. Video on Demand freezes up constantly. It’s impossible to watch a full game without it freezing at the same spot over and over. It’s unbelievable that the ratings are so poor and Livebarn does nothing to improve their service. If you contact help they blame your network. So my network is responsible for the video freezing at the exact same moment over and over? It’s laughable. This is a cash cow for them. Customer service and a good product be damned. Don’t waste your money. I only buy it for my 75 yo mother who lives alone and lives for her grandkids games. Shame on you for frustrating grandmothers livebarn.

POOR QUALITY AND CAMERA
I will start off with some positive feedback! This is a great app for live feed for watching my nephews play hockey when I cannot physically be there. however the negative parts are the price I have to pay monthly is a little ridiculous for the quality and service I and many others receive. I have had numerous times the cameras are down, very glitchy and skips a lot of the games. The auto movement is so off a lot of times. For example today my nephews team played a championship game and won and the camera was on auto and remained on the other team during the name announcements. I could not even change the auto the pano. Super aggravating and this app needs to work on a lot to be better!

What a great idea for grandparents!
We have 9 grandchildren, all of whom live out of state. They play soccer and hockey and we are rarely able to attend games, due to the distance involved. LiveBarn has been such a boon for my husband and me; we’re able to watch our grandkids’s games as they happen, or if we have a conflict, catch them later on demand. It’s the next-best thing to being there in person and has brought us even closer to our grandkids. Thanks so much, LiveBarn - please keep up the good work!

Wonderful service
My son has played in some soccer tournaments that my family could not attend. LiveBarn has allowed my family to watch as if they were sitting next to me. I’ve also been able to login to watch friends kids play too which allowed me to be part of their events which I wouldn’t have been able to do if there wasn’t a LiveBarn option. Very valuable, convenient and wonderful experience. Thank you LiveBarn

Having 4 kids, and having to travel in many different places at once, LiveBarn has enabled us to be a part of the action no matter how far away we are from an event.
Livebarn has also allowed my elderly in-laws to enjoy these moments also and watch events when they aren’t able to drive in bad weather or at night.

Thankful to have LiveBarn
This app allows me to watch my son play when I can’t be there in person. Several venues use the service and being able to have two viewers watching simultaneously is great. I use on demand frequently and the pan and zoom feature is an absolute lifesaver when it comes to finding highlights to share. While there are occasional technical issues, customer support responds within minutes and resolves them quickly.

My experience with Live Barn, well seems like every time there is an issue, it’s all my fault! I was told camera follows play during play off and championship games LIE. I have been “watching” the Wilmington NC rink for 2 years. Very difficult, mind you. I have to move my screen all over to follow the play. Now I get a loading notification and a still shot of the play. And of course they say I am doing something wrong. Urg. It’s so over priced! Theft of service , but I keep it on the off chance I actually get to watch my Son play. Unhappy 😟

Moving in the right direction
The idea of LiveBarn is awesome. Being able to see your kid/s play regardless of where they are is something no other company offers at the capacity LiveBarn does. It has its technical limitations for sure, but improvements have been made since I’ve started using it and I’m looking forward to the improvements to come. Also, Live Tagging is awesome!
