Won’t Record Weight
This app was great until it stopped working. I bought the scale about 2 months ago and it worked perfectly. Then, this morning, I stepped on the scale and noticed I had lost another .5 pounds. I was super excited, so I took a screenshot of it and sent it to an accountability friend. Then, I went back into the app, and today’s measurement had disappeared. The app had replaced my weight in from this morning with one of my very first weigh ins. I thought “hmmm... that’s odd” so I stepped on the scale again to update it. I could see on the screen it was recognizing that I was on the scale and displaying the current number on the “measuring”. But, when that screen went away, it didn’t save and still showed an inaccurate measurement from weeks ago. I tried closing out of the app, turning off blue tooth and turning it back on, restarting my phone, and even deleting the app and redownloading it, but nothing fixed the problem. The scale is great, but the app is pointless if it’s not going to accurately keep track of the scales data over time.

Update is aggressive
Every time I used the app before the update it made me feel proud of every ounce I lost. I would’ve given it 5 stars then. Everyday was an accomplishment. I loved the graph on the tracking screen too and I felt motivated to use this app. Now it set up to remind me I’m considered obese at the top of the screen everyday that is aggressive not motivating. I think I’ll just continue as I was but without looking at the app everyday and just make myself a graph on google docs or something. I also liked that it was pink before.

Works Great!
This product and app has been a great addition to my health journey! It works seamlessly with my Apple Health! I’m not one to normally leave comments for apps but I do recommend this app and scale for anyone serious and dedicated to weight loss goals.
Side note: The app will tell you what weight category you fall into (such as underweight, average, overweight and such..). If you’re motivated, this should only motivate and encourage you more. I don’t get why people are complaining about the scale telling you your weight classification... it’s an enhanced scale.

The App Stops Working
For no reason at all, when I go to open the app every morning, all I get is a blank screen. This started happening when they “updated”their app. My Grandmother used to say, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” Sure holds true for this! The only way that I can get my data back is to delete the app and download it again. Thankfully, my data is still there!

Terrible
We bought this scale as it claims to be for multiple users. It took forever to get it working where it wouldn’t try to record one person’s weight to the other person’s app. We got a solid month of it working perfectly, then it suddenly stopped functioning properly. The scale doesn’t cycle through all it used to which is fine if it would show up on the app. Now it won’t track me at all, and just randomly logged my husbands weight to me. My husband is far nicer than I am and wants to give it another chance. I’m ready to delete the app and use a more dependable tracking device— myself.

Love the features!
I love the trends and graphs involved. I have had my scale and this app for about 1.5 years now, and I have never had any connectivity issues. I click into the app prior to weigh in and weight data is saved. The app is visually appealing and simple. I really like the estimated time to goal weight!

New version is awful
Until July 2022 this app was great, easy to use and it gave me the weight history data I needed. The new version is completely different - hard to use, hard to read, and does not provide useful information. For example “month” now means current month-to-date rather than previous 30 days, which is not the same except at the end of the month. I’ll have to switch to using Apple Health or buy another scale.

Poor Update
I’ve been using this scale and app since 2020. The app was decent enough. The recent update completely changed the interface and its confusing. I don’t like it at all. And I don’t know why they deleted the tracking for all time and now we have to select a smaller range to compare weight tracking now. They didn’t have to break what wasn’t broke.

Fix the app back
The app was fantastic before I loved it. They have updated it and it is terrible you cannot see your every day comparisons without clicking on each individual day, it used to be motivating to see each day’s progress and they took away the passcode, which protected anybody from just going into the app.

My problem is that even if you gain .05 pounds it makes a carnival game sound thats extremely triggering. The sound honestly makes you feel like a COMPLETE failure. I’ve contacted customer service twice to change the sound or just not have a sound at all..? A warning for those who had an ED this scale is emotionally traumatizing
